I purchased the design service with Olivia’s and Libby, my interior designer, has been amazing! She created some wonderful mood boards for my room, in different colours and styles, featuring some beautiful pieces of furniture.

Where I didn’t like certain pieces of furniture, Libby was great in sourcing and securing other options, and has been super helpful in helping me to style my house.

Overall, this has been a great service and Libby has been super friendly, and so approachable!

Ordered a side table and wasn't sure what to expect.
When it arrived, the colour was slightly different than what I have envisaged so I requested a refund. Daniel, kindly offered a further discount
and I decided to keep it and put it in another one of my properties.
Great product, evern greater service from Daniel.

Easy to order

Easy ordering and hopefully the rest of the process follows without any problems. If purchases need to be returned I hope a speedy refund unlike my last refund history from another company and still waiting 3+ wks

Great selection

I have not heard of Olivia’s until I was doing an online search for a small mirror with shelf with specific sizes. I was highly delighted to find the one I was looking for at an incredible price. Ordered a mirror 2 weeks ago, after numerous emails and telephone calls I’m finally told it was damaged in transit

I was told a replacement would be sent out asap.

Called last week and was told didn’t know when would be sent but they’ve asked the supplier for an update

Called agin 3 days later, was told it still hadn’t been dispatched and would chase the supplier for an update

Just called again and told they are still waiting for a reply from the supplier.

It seens they don’t have actually hold stock but everything comes direct from the supplier

Service very poor so is there customer service

Just requested a refund.

Could have ordered the mirror anywhere online for the same price but decided to go with Olivia’s after I read their good reviews

Unnacceptbly slow delivery

I placed an order on December 12 and was told that delivery would be within 7-10 working days. As I had not receive the promised updates on dispatch and delivery, I asked for an update have been advised today that the “team are currently making all the necessary preparations for your order.�

I ordered the Bloomstone TV unit from…

I ordered the Bloomstone TV unit from Olivia's a few months ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the start, the service was poor. The delivery team left the unit on my doorstep, and it arrived with marks on it. They simply left without addressing the issue, and the unit was also wobbly. Despite this, I decided to keep it and touched up the marks with the paint provided, though I expected better for a product priced over £600.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. Last week, I noticed the wobbling worsened and, upon inspection, discovered that the leg of the unit had detached, causing my TV to fall and shatter. I reached out to customer service via chat on Wednesday, but once 5:00 PM hit, the agent abruptly ended the conversation without warning or follow-up. Since then, I've emailed Olivia's regarding the damage, but I have yet to receive any response.

Given the amount I spent on this unit, the poor quality, and the resulting damage, I expected far better customer service. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I urge potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Olivia's – you can find much better quality pieces at stores like Dusk. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 24 hours, I will be pursuing this matter further.

NEVER SHOP PLEASE!!All items are damaged and different colour

I bought a coffee table and first delivery was damaged. I rejected and they send me new one which is damaged too. I also bought side table at the same time from Olivias but The colour of surface is different than each other

For the coffee table, I understand how frustrating it must be to receive a replacement that was also damaged. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

Regarding the colour variation between the coffee table and side tables, some slight differences in finishes can occur due to the materials or manufacturing processes. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
