I’ve not actually ordered anything as I didn’t get that far! Wanted to purchase 3 led masks but had a couple of questions first (and I wanted to see if I got a response as the reviews are so poor for customer service). Despite trying to contact via email and social media I have had no reply. What if there was a problem with the product and you couldn’t get hold of them! Intuition now tells me to go elsewhere but what a shame.
Ps, the comments under their social media posts are also very strange.

This product really does make a visible difference as far as the appearance of fine lines. I've also noticed I have a more even skin tone.

I had an issue with my remote, and customer service repl
aced the remote promptly. The rep was so kind and helpful.
Most of the reviews on here that are actually reviewing the product give it a 5 star review. The one star reviews are coming from people who are upset the product wasn't replaced after the warranty ended or shipping issues. When it comes to the actual product and results, I truly believe this product does what it says it will do. I recommend this to any skin care lover who has realistic expectations.

Beware: No Real Recourse for Issues After 30 Days

I regret purchasing the Omnilux mask. After using it for a while, I noticed more discoloration, which conveniently didn’t appear until after
the 30-day return window, meaning I had no way to get my money back. When I reached out for help, instead of offering a refund or even taking real responsibility, the company asked me to fill out an "Adverse Event Form"a document that demands an alarming amount of personal and medical information.

This form asks for your full name, address, date of birth, medical history, medications, detailed descriptions of your condition, and even photos of your skin. If you’ve spoken to a doctor about your reaction, they ask you to sign a confidentiality release, giving their TECHNICAL TEAM (not any medical professionals) access to discuss your case with your healthcare provider. Who knows what they’re doing with this information?

The company claims their "technical team" reviews the reports, but these aren’t doctors or dermatologists, and they provide no guarantee of a resolution, just vague "troubleshooting steps." Meanwhile, they are collecting highly sensitive personal data with no clear policy on how it’s stored, used, or protected. And what happens to all the reports they receive? They certainly aren’t warning future customers about these reactions.

This feels like a calculated trap. They lure you in with a 30-day return policy, knowing full well that long-term issues won’t appear until it’s too late. Then, instead of accountability, they collect your private medical details under the guise of "helping." DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Stay away from this company unless you’re okay with risking both your skin and your privacy!

Customer service non existent?

Twice broken down device. Poor quality build!

I have to warn you the product build is appalling. Two failed controllers and a waste of money.
I take technology seriously and thought I’d try red light to compliment my skincare regime. This device has now broken down a second time and as I’m sure I’m just outside warranty I won’t bother to hassle for a replacement controller.
It simply won’t stay on and switches off after a few seconds.

Do not waste your money. Buy a better quality red light mask.

Liars

I purchased this back in September with the promise that I will get 15% cashback after 30 days… It’s been 90 days and they keep lying to me that they send out in the email over and over again, which is not true!
When you call them to ask about it, they put you on hold and then they hang up on you!
They are not trustworthy. They are liars. I will never buy a single thing from them again.

Not worth it.

I was really excited to try the Omnilux redlight therapy mask. I have been doing red light therapy for years at the beauty salon etc and it always made my skin more calm, well rested, glowy and plum. So why not give it a try at home?

I've been using the mask since december. And my skin did't improved in any way. It got worse. The mask is not comfy at all. It's hard to get on right. I have a cheaper one that fits better. After only a month of using the lights of the mask begane to flash. I have been doing everything as described as in the user manual. Won't be surprised at this point if it stopt working.

Have to see what the results are in the long run. But I wouldn't recommend buying this..just go to the professionals at the beauty salon etc.

Difficult to put on

Pros: The packaging is lovely and product was delivered on time
Cons: UNCOMFORTABLE ,
Difficult to put on and did not fit my face well .

After I tracked my return and knew it was delivered, I waited for my $$ to be redeposited into my account, it had been 9/10 days so I called. The customer service rep took my info and said “ yes I see your return and I see that it was inspected all is OK so I will now issue an OK for your money to be returned . Minus $15 for processing etc”. She said to give it at least 2 to 3 days to process. I honestly don’t think it would have been processed if I didn’t call. What was the reason for them waiting when they had received the product and reviewed it nine days prior!?
I also want to recommend to people who are using the mask to Please wear eye covers to protect their eyes.Your eyes need to be protected when you’re using LED.

Horrible horrible customer service.

I’m not sure about the product yet, however customer service is wack. They will not work with you. My husband purchased a face and neck mask for me for Christmas. I decided I want to try out the face mask first and if I like it and see some results I would consider the neck mask. He purchased it Nov 4th and the return policy around the holidays is extended. The return policy from Nov 7th is eligible to return however he bought it 3 days earlier and they would not allow for a return. The mask is completely new. Has not been opened and still in box. I would recommend any other brand but ominlux due to their customer service. If I can save one person from going through a bad experience I will. Horrible customer service. There are other great brands out there that will work with you.

Terrible Customer Service

I am not reviewing the product itself but Omnilux's customer service. I received 2 as gifts and needed to return one which is unopened. The process for returns is sending an email, waiting for a response (had to call in the end), then completing a form with a multitude of information including serial number, a picture of the product, then waiting AGAIN for a response on instructions how to return. They are trying to avoid issuing refunds clearly. Unless you are 100% sure you want this product, DO NOT BUY.

Horrible Business Practices

Have been waiting for my order for over 6 weeks. Multiple issues with shipping, and an incomplete order. So disappointed with the customer service. Will never ever deal with them again.

Didn't Even Function for One Full Year

For what the LED Mask cost, expected it to last at least a couple of years. But no. Not even a full year of usage and the mask has gone completely dead. When it was still functioning, it took many, many hours to fully charge. Worse, can't really see any difference despite regular use. What an expensive mistake.

I ordered $823.41 worth of product on 12/4/2024. On 12/10/24 they have still not sent the products to me. I contacted them on 12/11/24 and told me that they were busy from Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Where is my product?

This has been an absolute nightmare…

This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First, I was told my package had been delivered – but it wasn’t. After waiting, I was finally sent a reshipment. First they sent me the wrong tracking link, so I still couldn’t find the package, and when I got the correct one it was only to find out it was sent to the wrong address, some random industrial warehouse. I had to waste my time calling the carrier myself to sort this out. Only then did Omnilux bother to provide me with the correct address to pick up my order. By the time I finally got my hands on the mask, there was no way I could test it in the window they claim for returns.

When I therefore tried to return it just in time for their so-called 30-day money-back guarantee, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was a reshipment. Even though that was their / the carriers fault. Now, I’m stuck with a mask I couldn’t even try out under their promised policy, and if my sensitice eczema skin ends up hating it, I won’t be able to return it. This is an awful, scammy company. I feel completely ripped off and wonder if the first package was ever sent or if they just force people to keep their masks by sending these reshipments. Don’t waste your time or money with Omnilux.

Absolutely the best customer service out there. I have contacted them 2 times with issues and they immediately responded (like within 10 minutes!). They quickly and efficiently addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to help me.

Have the face mask I use it every day…

Have the face mask I use it every day and the results even after just 5 days was impressive… would highly recommend.. also just to say I have a meniscus tear of my knee and I placed my mask on it over 3 days and the red light has definitely worked.. BONUS)

Omnilux resells used products

Omnilux resells used products. I bought replacement controller (paid for the item and shipping) and I got a used dirty controller with scratches. I think the mask that I bought must have been returned by someone previously because the controller wasn’t working properly. Great that they allow returns but not so great for people who actually want to keep the item.
