As I was unable to get hold of my holiday provider I phoned the insurer direct. I spoke with Paul who was absolutely amazing and resolved the issue for me with an hour. I now have my travel documents after going around in circles with emails and not having a person to speak too. Very happy!

EDIT: Since emailing their customer service team instead, they've been very prompt with responses and willing to help, so for that reason I've changed my star rating.
Customer service team sounded very annoyed to have to be on the phone to me when I had a query. Sorry to have bothered you with my idiocy!
