Ordered urgently needed replacement motor brushes for a Beko washing machine. Having previously purchased a set 5 years ago, I know they would be compatible and reliable. PartsCentre promptly sent the parts by Evri, but unfortunately, they got stuck in Evri's useless courier service. I contacted PartsCentre, who sent a replacement set. These were received promptly within a few days. A week later the original parts were finally delivered by Evri. Full marks to PartsCentre for promptly replacing the delayed parts. I suggest they change their courier from Evri to another more reliable one. Alternatively PartsCentre could allow collection from their Denton warehouse that would be useful.

While I received the goods late having paid for next day delivery I had to request a refund of £6.99 which you kindly refunded - much appreciated . Otherwise service was very good.

My recent purchase was wrongly packaged. I contacted the parts centre to correct things, and the service I got was exemplary. I was able to keep the wrongly packaged item, and they sent new items to make good the situation. Brilliant service, can't fault them, highly recommended
