We have a 14yo dog that occasionally manages to get out of our fenced yard. She is getting senile and slow moving so I was concerned we might not find her. After researching solutions, I tried Pawfit. Their support has been phenomenal!! Piper got out again yesterday. We got notified through the app and with the app was able to quickly find and bring her home safely. I highly recommend Pawfit.
Excellent product and company, very good when losing my dog in the woods. Had small issue and company sent complete replacement within a few days of getting the info they requested.
It’s a good, light device that fits well to my lurcher’s harness and gives good reception in the woods around home. My disappointment is with the Ordinance Survey map option which is unrecognisable as any OS map I’ve seen. It has no footpaths marked and very little detail. It’s the reason I opted for the premium subscription. I’d also like more info on the walk length options. My reason to want more than a 2 hour walk length is in case the dog runs off for hours at a time. But maybe I would just be able to start a new walk and keep tracking it. That’s not clear to me. With those caveats it has helped me relax more in walks knowing I can track her down if she sets off after a deer. Thanks to the Pawfit team
After our dog went missing for a number of days we purchased a pawfit which has been vital for us to keep track of her. We have needed to use the tracking facility a few times and it we have found it very accurate, despite living in a rural area with many trees.
The battery last 2 days and we charge it overnight.
The customer service team have been fantastic too when we had a few queries.
Have recommended this tracker to friends.

Hi!
Friend got me Pawfit for my dog, but it could not connect to network in Europe. Customer support later found out that the device was made exclusivly for mainland China. Good product, diligent customer support.

I've been using Pawfit (on 2 dogs) for 16 months and bought it purely for the ability to track them if they run off. They have been very reliable and accurate, much more so than the trackers I had before (from the brand leader), whose performance was so poor that I ditched them, even though I had 18 months subscription left to run.
We're currently looking after a neighbour's dog, so I was able to put one of the old trackers on that dog and directly compare it with Pawfit. The signal in our area is generally poor, but the Pawfit trackers updated reliably and accurately for the entire 40 minute walk.
The older (other brand) tracker, however, was very poor. Live tracking kept dropping out due to poor signal. Once connected, Pawfit never drops out of Live tracking mode due to poor signal and in this test was providing regular updates several times a minute.
At one point the display (old tracker) was flashing, indicating the dog in 2 places simultaneously (probably a software problem).
About 20 minutes into the walk it dropped out of Live tracking again and I was unable to reconnect despite numerous attempts. The next update was a full 44 minutes later, long after we had all got home! This was not an isolated problem, as this was a different tracker from the one I'd had problems with 16 months ago (we've got 2 of them).
I can't comment on the health/wellbeing features as I don't really take much notice of them. My only concern is finding my dogs if they run off and I'm very confident that Pawfit does the job far better than our old trackers.
I've tried 3 brands of tracker now. None of them are perfect. If you have no mobile signal at all then it's not going to connect. However, the Pawfit unit is MUCH better at connecting in our area.
The user interface is also very clear and easy to use. When you're looking for your dog you can just point your phone in the direction of the dog's icon and that's where to go. There is also an at-a-glance indication of how long ago the last update was (which doesn't require opening up any other display). This is a very important piece of information when you're searching, as I found out when looking for my dog with the old tracker.
For me, the only very minor nice-to-have feature that is missing from Pawfit (which is on the old trackers) is a numeric display of how far away the dog is. However, there is a distance scale displayed which updates according to the zoom level. In practice, the distance scale will be good enough and so, based on my experience so far, I can't really fault Pawfit.

Absolutely love my Pawfit it's been a great addition to our dog walk. I also have a pet sitting business and gives me peace of mind with dogs off lead. Absolutely brilliant, great signal and even in rural Wales. Can't wait for the cat one.

While my wife was out with the dog, a message flashed up on my phone screen - to fast to read and then it disappeared.
I turned on the app and saw a message about an update...vodaphone..... which also disappeared. I cannot find any information on the web site about updates and the "support" is only FAQ's with no way to contact pawfit.

After a few hours on the beach with my dog, her pawfit tracker wouldn't turn on/off properly. This was probably due to sand. I contacted pawfit, who replied straight away, with step by step instructions on what to try first.
When i messaged again to say I had followed all the instructions, but had no luck, they wrote back with a freepost address to return the tracker, sent a replacement which was with me the next day, and included clear, step by step instructions on reinstalling the new one.
I can honestly say pawfit couldn't have done any better it was great to have fast helpful responses to my emails especially.
I wish all customer services could be like this.

Very impressed with the Pawfit tracker. It works where I have patchy signal in West Cornwall and also under tree cover, places where I was prepared for it not to work. The safety fence feature is handy now my actual garden fence has been destroyed by the storm! Pawfit has given me peace of mind, although I accept it is not infallible.

I replaced my apple AirTag with this, but in all honesty, I probably won't use the additional Pawfit features. If you just want to track your dog, then buy an AirTag and save yourself £60 per year subscription.

The Pawfit is specifically designed to track pet's whereas the AirTag has been designed for objects. Furthermore, AirTags can only work when there is an iOS device nearby whereas the Pawfit 3 has an unlimited range, as long as 4G is available.
Apple has made it clear that the AirTag “is an accessory that helps keep track of and find items such as a handbag, keys, or backpack,” with one Apple VP stating that the company “designed the AirTag to track items, not people or pets”.
As mentioned above, GPs trackers like Pawfit have been specifically designed for tracking cats and dogs and showing you their exact location wherever they are in the world.

The tracker was delivered very promptly.
I charged it up, installed the app & subscribed - all very straightforward. It fits securely to her collar (not supplied).
Our wandering dog has had a habit of escaping from our large garden recently & we wanted to see how, & what her escape route was in real time.
The tracker works really well & I caught her going under the fence later the same day. I used the recorded voice command facility & she came straight back. I could identify the point to within a few metres.
This is an excellent bit of kit that does exactly what we wanted it to do.
We are really pleased with it.

Great tracker highly recommend. Don't expect any tracker be 100% spot on with the correct location. Did have a issue with the pawfit 3 tracker just after a year's use it stopped charging. Contacted pawfit and they tried help me getting working again with no luck so they sent me out a replacement at no extra charge no problems. Great customer service.

The connection between dog and phone is patchy and for the first 10 minutes of the walk no contact is available with the message trying again. When it restarts it is ok.
