I inquired about their services as a backup in-case the processor I'm potentially signing papers for later this week isn't worth it. Someone from this company reached out to me. He was informative at first but then I mentioned that I would reach out to him again if I needed his services. Instead of him respecting my wishes, he decided nearly everyday to give a link to the same application and prompted me to fill it in, plus he stated he attempted to phone me twice this week. That's harassment.

Harassed

Excellent service

Excellent service. First and foremost due to the nature of our business, we were declined by about 15 other payment processors before we came across Payment Cloud. And they have excelled in offering us the services we need and more, with extremely quick response times, and great customer service!

This is a scam ! They work with China web sites that show high quality products on their own web site and then ship a cheap product from Amazon. The cost from Amazon is 1/3 of Shop ! Then they refuse to refund the money !
