Great High quality prints and great customer service. I purchased a photo book and 3 acrylic prints that turned out amazing. I had an issue with one of the acrylic prints and their customer service was very accommodating and professional with resolving this issue. I corresponded with Senada and she was great.

purchased a photo album on December
7th with a guarantee they album would be delivered by December 17th. it wasn't even sent out until the 19th according to and email I received, it is now January 1
3th and I still don't have the parcel. The tracking they gave me is absolutely useless. don't use this service, there are better similar options online.

Ordered a large canvas print for my kitchen. This was taken from a photo on my camera so never expected it to be so good. It gets admired by all visitors and is unique. Also very fast delivery especially before Christmas at such a busy time. Superbly packed too.

My order has still not been delivered! It was ordered almost 5 weeks ago but yet to be delivered - the redirect to the bot is a poor customer experience as it only tells me what the email direct says anyway - there is no follow up to see if I actually got my order… will not be using Photobox again!!

My order has still not been delivered

My order has still not been delivered! It was ordered almost 5 weeks ago but yet to be delivered - the redirect to the bot is a poor customer experience as it only tells me what the email direct says anyway - there is no follow up to see if I actually got my order… will not be using Photobox again!!

purchased a photo album on December

Printing quality has gone down

I have bought many products over the years but in both my last calendar and the photo album I felt the quality of the printing has worsen. The picture quality is definitely not as bright as it used to be and it was noticed by everyone that I normally give the calendar to.

Ordered 2 calendars a month ago under 2…

Update- generic response from photobox below. As I have started I have reached out to customer service team and emailed numerous times and no response. Order was made on photobox.ie Terrible service.

Ordered 2 calendars a month ago under 2 different order numbers and neither have been received yet. Order says shipped but. Royal mail say they haven’t received any package from photobox yet. I have emailed repeatedly and no response. No phone number on website to call. Do not use this company.

Prompt delivery and good quality

Prompt delivery and good quality.
I would really to have been able to see how much of the photos in my collage would be wrapped in the canvas. It was slight guess work on my behalf. I had some of the clients head wrapping around the top of the canvas which was not ideal.

Order placed in early December as a…

Order placed in early December as a Christmas gift for a close relative but the order did not come till the 04/01/25 was very disappointed and would effect my decision to use photobox for future orders

Personalisation has become much more difficult

In general, the calendars from Photobox are of a high quality and if I just wanted to quickly select 12 photos and have them printed in a calendar then I would probably give 5-stars. However, I selected Photobox because I wanted to put a lot of personalisation into my calendar, of which I get at least 10 copies printed for my family. Until last year, Photobox had a feature called PhotoDays, which was very limited in options, but somehow did the job. Now PhotoDays has been discontinued and although you can place your own graphics anywhere you want on the calendar page, it has become much more difficult to do so accurately. For example: the max 300% zoom of an A3 page on a laptop screen. Impossible to know whether a personalised graphic is correctly lined-up inside a day's box. Also, the boxes for each day are now different sizes for months that are spread over 5 weeks vs those spread over 6 weeks, and this cost me a huge amount of additional effort. So ... you get the idea: if you want to personalise your calendar with family birthdays or similar, then give yourself a lot more time!

Your service is always delayed

Your service is always delayed. I had my albums in on time for the Christmas deadline and I didn't receive them until new year's eve! And now I probably won't have my calender until February! 🙄

Ordered two photos books worth over…

Ordered two photos books worth over €200. Last tracking leaving UK and nothing since. Royal Mail say it's in Ireland yet no tracking to say so. Photobox reordered my books nearly two weeks ago yet they haven't been dispatched and won't change to a different courier. Nearly a month now with no books.
