I was a bit worried as it had delicate edges but potters cookshop took this into account and provided adequate packaging. A lovely friendly company to do business with. I'd bought a huge bag of flour and then found I needed more storage boxes. Able to buy here when I couldn't find at the "big" retailers at a competitive price. Delivery speed was amazing, as was the care in packaging!
I've since been back to buy cookware.
Small companies are seriously under-rated ; we need to look after them or we'll lose them and I, for one, don't like the big "onliners" dictating what I buy!

The whole process was easy from start to finish. A nice easy website to navigate,with the option to use clearpay as payment. Item was a little more expensive than the bigger companies,but I'd rather support the smaller family run businesses. Delivery was really quick even at Xmas time.
