My experiences. This company have made getting a payout of about £125.00 (less tax) about as difficult as it could be, They say, log into our easy to use on line system. It doesn't work. There is no way to attach documents they request to there contact sheet. The contact sheet asks for loads of pointless information.
There excuse( because it is one) is to prevent fraud and in aid of crime prevention. How can sending a document prevent crime? Scams are invented to scam the public. It was this company that contacted me so how could i then scam them after they contacted me?
I would say there priority is to not pay out money.
The only plus i can think of is that during lengthy waits on the phone, they play vivaldi

Prudential sent Pension verification forms for my husband and I to compete on 4th March which we received in Cyprus 2nd April. Not the Prudential fault that the postal system here is slow but as they stated that we only have 6 weeks to complete and return the forms or our pension payments would be suspended we were concerned. Tried to call the telephone number on the letter and after a long recorded message were then left holding for 12 minutes. Thought we would try the suggested web site but had trouble registering. Tried the chat service and told they couldn’t help with the verification but could help with the registration. Lost contact and screen message said try again. Finally decided to fill in the forms and send via recorded delivery on Monday with fingers crossed. As the Prudential pension department are dealing with predominantly older customers their communication system is flawed.

Utter, Utter, Utter, disgrace of a company.
Everything has been said in other reviews already, but this company will bend over backwards to AVOID paying out your money.
My situation started six months ago as I tried to drawdown £1600 from a £2500 pot.
They have ignored my calls and emails, hung up on me on the phone, promised and failed to return calls, written to me telling me I had ignored their previous letters, which is of course, totally false.
I engaged my own Financial advisor, who unfortunately suffered the exact same rigmaroll as above.
Prudential have mucked him around for months, therefore he lodged an official complaint.
Three weeks after the complaint was lodged, Prudential wrote to my F.A. informing him that the "investigation" would take an additional FOUR weeks, and at the end of that time they would write to him with the results of the investigation, or if indeed they would need more time!
They are a total disgrace.
I remind you, my overall policy is worth £2.5k. I now owe my Financial Advisor a similar amount but I refuse to let this go.
Our next stop is the Ombudsman.
Isn't it weird, how the Pru suddenly started replying to post's on this forum a couple of weeks ago when they're disproval was at 93%?
Will I get an apology on here and a sudden invite to write to Social@ ??The suspense is killing me.
Based on our previous experiences of communicating with these crooks, why would I want to waste more time writing to them?

Incredibly Helpful
I had the most seamless, efficent experience I have ever had when in need of a same day emergency loan.
Even though my situation was very stressful, Sanjay Boodhoo and Gary Stern made my whole experience pleasant and very positive. They were so willing to help when I had received countless rejections earlier that day.
Finding Prudent Financial on Google at 3:30pm was the answer to my prays!

The company takes the approach of gouging you at every opportunity from the begging they are really nice but once you get on their financial bad side they go and produce horrible fees against someone up against the wall so they would loose their security

Other reviewers have described this operation as "professional". All I can say is that they probably weren't dealing with Jordan A. This representative of the company answered his work number with a gruff "Ya". Having expected a professional greeting along the lines of "Prudent Financial. May I help you" or even just a simple "Jordan speaking" I was rather taken aback. When I enquired whether I was speaking to Jordan, his response was "who's this". Needless to say, the conversation went straight downhill from there. Given the appalling lack of professionalism, there was no way I was willing to provide any sort of financial info to this individual. If this is the type of person the company hires to deal with clients, one would have to wonder if they're not more Loan Shark than reputable financial service provider. Either that, or nepotism is alive and well at Prudent Financial!

Well at first u feel like a criminal....that is how I felt being treated. Come on put a trace on your car...might as well put one on your foot so they can see where u go all of the time...they said just in case u died we have to know where the car is at...or if you leave the country....sure my fault I didn't have the money for the 3rd payment I asked if they can move it to the back ...they can't do that....I offered to pay 50 dollars everyday until it's all paid off but that's not the contract...but yet if I am going to pay why not say OK...but simply there a-holes..just this morning on Wednesday may 4 they took my car...I went outside and there was a bailiff to seize my car, he was a decent guy....I gave no trouble and understood the consequences....but really they didn't tell me they would take my car....so a warning to people out there make your payments or they can take your car or even your house ....they are still a- holes

Worst Lende SCAMMERS LIARS THIEVES
Worst Lender.. at least others have the balls to state true interest & fees! They lie it’s only about 5.79% interest but it’s way over 30% .
They try to scam you out of insurance too. You have to pay for the car tracker GPS. Prorated amount and not Principal is reported on credit report. Illegal
