I have nothing but positive feedback for this company! I have purchased several laptops and shipped them to my drop off point in Catania and the packaging and delivery times are excellent 👌 The only negative issue is that once I ordered a laptop and 2 memory sticks, and each was sent in an individual parcel and not bundled together, causing my parcel forward company to charge me for 3 items.

I ordered twice from the website. One was 6 months ago for an apple watch and recently I got my PS5 Pro. The products are perfect and the prices are great. They have a wide range of payment methods and this is nice. I just drop a star for the reason that although the shipping fee is not free the courier of their choice is GLS which is not good and they do strike frequently which causes delays in delivery. I wish they could make contract with a better courier like UPS

I have ordered a Samsung s24 on 17/12/2024 and till now I didn't receive the package and I don't know where is it and when it will delivered. Now it more then 2 weeks. Services disgusting, helpline always on hold and no one answered.

Poor Shipping, Localization Issues, and VAT Oversight

My experience with this company was frustrating for several reasons, primarily due to their shipping process. It took them nearly a week just to expedite the product, which is unreasonably slow for a company claiming to offer expedited service. To make matters worse, they entrusted the delivery to GLS, a provider with poor service. I was home during their supposed delivery attempt, but I don’t believe they even rang the doorbell. They also failed to contact me directly, despite having my phone number.

On top of the shipping issues, I encountered problems with content localization. As a customer from Portugal, much of the communication and content I received was still in Italian, making it unnecessarily difficult to navigate.

Lastly, I purchased this product as a business transaction between two EU companies, which should have meant a VAT exemption, as is standard with other e-commerce platforms. However, this was not applied, resulting in an additional financial inconvenience.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope the company addresses these issues to provide a better service in the future.

I bought a new sewing machine
And received a machine that after two days of use started part by part to break and become non functional
I looked at the upper and inside parts
They are rusty and look totally not like the original….

To avoid!

No news from the shop, no purchase confirmation email, item really badly packaged with traces of fingers on it (on the processor) and when we open the outside box, the inside box holding processor was open and the processor was just out! After the delivery delay has passed, I tried calling them for 2 days, finally sb answer, no english speaking person in the whole team and they sell internationally! I managed, more or less, to get the tracking number from them, it was not the good one, but at least I had the name of transporter! As I mentioned- I haven't received any email from them ( I checked my spam folder every single day!). Finally we got the item 3 days after the date and somehow it worked! But it was not worth to order from them- too much stress, no news, very poor customer service and bad packaging...To avoid!

Too long delivery time. It's over 2 weeks I ordered, it's still not there. It should be transparent of this aspect. Because I would have bought elsewhere if I knew it was 3 weeks before receiving.

Didn’t receive anything

I order xiaomi pad 6 and the delivery date was 12 December,but I didn’t receive the tablet yet and they send me a massage saying they have cancelled the item,
on the day of delivery but still i didn’t receive my money.i will change my review if I receive the item.
