I purchased a gaming computer from Quoted Tech for my grandson for Xmas. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin who helped me select the correct computer and with some changes my grandson wanted assembled an amazing gaming computer. My grandson has been thrilled with the performance of the computer, much better than using a laptop to run games. Also the computer is so quite, you don’t even know it’s running. Ordered a gaming computer that had been advertised on the Best Buy Marketplace. After misrepresenting themselves in stating that items ship within 2 days (order status was ready to e shipped for 5 days) I get an email stating that they just received the parts to create my computer and were just then printing label. After replying to them and calling them out on the lie, I received an email patronizing saying that there was "some miscommunication". And now two days later no one is replying to my emails.

Their customer service is impeccable, they reply super fast to make sure your questions or concerns are answered. The PC arrived safely packaged and placed on our door step. Wonderful cable management and clean! PC runs amazing and looks just as good! Will definitely get another pc from them!

I just thought I would drop a line of Thanks - and Praise - to the team at Quoted Tech. Despite being foolish enough to buy a computer in the middle of a postal strike, the QT Team kept me in the loop in a way that calmed my concerns while I sat waiting for my new system.
When I got the it, everything worked beautifully: the package was packed securely and the assembly was a snap (PnP). And it looked GREAT! But I did have a glitch in the display that I could not figure out. I was seeing torn, jagged lines on the monitor.
It turns out that the system was just fine: I had an old HDMI cable that couldn't handle the throughput from the GPU to the monitor. The QT Team walked me thru the debugging process in a way that - again - made me feel comfortable with the settling in process.
Their response to my concerns was timely, polite and professional - and I never felt at any time that I would be left abandoned with a bad machine.
The service was top notch - and everything got done just in time for Christmas, an added bonus.
So, I felt a glowing review was in order here, because the QT Team worked for it.
Finally - the system I received was awesome. I might be pushing 70 but I still love mowing them down in Call of Duty. Carnage never looked so good!
All this, and they are a Canadian company too!

I had always built my own PCs but my 1070build from 2016 was not cutting it in 2024.

I have never purchased a pre-build before. I had always built my own PC's.

I was shopping during Black Friday and trying to find the right deal. However, I had a few questions and within minutes I was chatting with Kevin via chat log. All my questions were answered and I learned so much about what has changed in computer parts since my last build in 2016.

NO OTHER SITE WAS ABLE TO CONNECT ME WITH A HUMAN AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. Kevin, you made the human difference are the reason I purchased my PC and future PC's from Quoted Tech.

I purchased the Frontier Custom with 7800x3d and 4070 super.

If you are thinking of getting a pre-built computer. This is the place to go. Great value, great service, extremely fast build and delivery.

I almost never write reviews cause I'm a lazy gamer but this experience was so fantastic. YOU NEED TO KNOW!

I was searching for a Canadian Desktop System integrator for my new Gaming PC and had found Quoted Tech through a Google search. When looking at their site, Vaughn had started a chat with me, and we started talking options. Vaughn has great customer service and after answering some of my questions concerning returns/repairs I was sold and purchased a custom Frontier system from their site.

The ordering process was good and after the purchase, it told me when I would expect to receive the PC which I did in fact receive during the provided time.

When it arrived, I was impressed with how well it was packed. I opened both side panels and verified that all was connected correctly, and nothing had shifted during shipping (all was good). I was also impressed with how the cable management was done and the PC looked great front and back.

When looking at the back panel, I was pleasantly surprised that they connected a SATA cable from the Motherboard and ran it to the back to make it easy to install a SATA drive. However, the SATA power cable was not easily accessible.

When configuring the device, I noticed that the proper XMP profile was configured for the speed of my RAM, but the overall BIOS firmware was 1 version behind which is something that I was able to easily update afterwards.

I have been using the device for a couple of months now and am happy with its performance. Doing some monitoring through various gaming sessions, I am getting the FPS I’m looking for in my games and noticed that the heat stays just above 70 degrees Celsius.

Even with those 2 nitpicks, I am very happy with the computer I ordered from Quoted Tech and would happily buy another Desktop PC through them in the future. This was my first experience in buying a pre-built Gaming PC (I've built them myself in the past) and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Gaming PC through a Canadian system integrator at a fair price.

I recently moved away from home for work. I used my old gaming rig to play and catch up with my brother and friends however it ended up being more frustrating then anything else. Finally pulled the trigger on a machine from Quoted Tech. I had called and researched a lot of other companies from US and Canada but the people from quoted tech were the best at answering my questions clearly and without "salesman" bs. The setup is simple and fast, the system I got performs great (E.F.T. at steady 100fps, with high settings). It made gaming with friends and family fun again, almost makes me forget I'm far away.

I was searching for a new gaming computer and found the Quoted Tech website. Being Canadian, it was important for me to at least buy Canadian if not locally.

I was pleased to see that they offer a wide range of prebuilt PCs as well as custom builds which is what I was looking for. Before considering the company for my next PC, I decided to chat a bit through the chat assistant. In seconds, I was in contact with a real human as opposed to a chatbot. I received very good answers to my questions as well as advice regarding the shipping, warranty, return policy and applicable discount which convinced me to continue my PC building shopping with Quoted Tech.

So I started to build my PC with the help of the dedicated page which takes a step by step approach showing you all the options for a specific part with very detailed information. There is a nice selection for custom build, but nothing overwhelming either so even someone without computer knowledge can put something together that will be later verified by the building team for compatibility. I was pleased to see that you can easily save your build for future reference and modification.

With my build specifications in hand, I decided to call a sales representative to see if they could give me technical advice on the build I put together. I had a 20 minutes conversation in which we reviewed all the PC parts and I was also given additional advice.

With the final version of my build in hand, I decided to do some price comparisons and I found out that parts for parts, the price is very adequate. The only other fee worth mentioning is the mandatory flat rate for assembly which is totally worth it in my opinion considering the care that is put in the final product. I also found out that the warranty on parts and labor was even better than what my local shop could offer. In the end I did purchase the PC and added a special request in the order. The PC arrived on time and Quoted Tech did fulfill the request.

The PC was shipped in the original box of the case which was sturdy and contained sufficient foam to prevent any damage. There was also a foam in the case itself to prevent any part from moving around during transport. My computer arrived in pristine condition, all the parts ordered were there and the cable management was done by someone who actually cares about computers. I was also able to confirm that all the latest drivers and Windows updates were installed making it a true plug and play.

I received my computer over a month ago and everything runs smoothly ever since. It is the best gaming computer I ever bought and the best customer service I ever had while purchasing one. All members of the Quoted Tech team I interacted with were not just good at helping me, they were passionate about it.

I had a ps5 and a pc with a good old 970 GTX a friend gave me. I needed an upgrade badly and I wanted to treat myself with something good.

I’ve been learning some things about computers since last year , just to make sure I knew what I will get. Quoted tech built my custom pc pretty fast , with the parts I wanted and made it look amazing !

Cables management couldn’t be better. The package was also safely wraped inside the box. Never had any problems with my new pc and I’m really happy with the service they provided !

I was rec QT from a friend.
It was easy to build the computer I wanted. I was a little surprised how big the case was for how little I put in it! I’m super happy with my computer tho.

I wished when they shipped it they told me a bit more about all the extra parts? They included a manual with spare parts which made me think I had to set up the extra parts and it took me like an hour before I figured out I was just supposed to plug in the cords, antennas and go 😂.

The whole process was simple and easy to do.

Computer works great, I’ve had no issues with it in the last 1-2 months of owning it.

Recently purchased a brand new PC from Quoted Tech and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. I bought a custom 6k CAD computer and this is my experience
Pre-purchase: the team made sure my tailored choices were optimal, not over selling "gadgets" but giving the right build. They also assured me of specific updates are always applied regarding bios and other hardware

Purchase: operation was smooth and tracker was easy to follow. Team more responsive than my landlord in payment day....

Delivery: package was securely packed, instructions clear even for a dumb first PC user. Warranties explained too. Stress testing details accurate.

Post Purchase: Always following up if I was happy with the product and services and giving me top notch hacks.
