My dad was generous enough to buy me the Great North Competition for Christmas, which he ordered on December 18. It arrived on January 24 but the wait was more than worth it! The build is absolutely beautiful and was easy to set up, and runs games like Call of Duty and Marvel Rivals like an absolute dream. Could not recommend more.
Purchased on December 16th 2024 from Best Buy. Got the PC two week after (postal issue it seems).
The Wifi was not working properly. I try Best Buy service and Quoted Tech service. After 2 weeks of trial and error, we've reinstalled the WIFI driver and everything is working great !

Ordered a custom-made gaming pc from Quoted Tech on Dec 26/24/ Received it on Jan 15, 2025. The computer was well packaged and looks great. Upon starting my system up and setting up windows, I noticed that my Kingston ram was not lighting up. I was able to find a program online that resolved this problem. Quoted Tech were able to provide me with the name of a program that allows me to control the fan lights. I am, so far, very pleased with my custom-built computer. Looking at the entire experience of ordering my computer, I wish I would have been more involved with the built by having the opportunity to discuss whether my selection of parts was what I needed. This is the first time I have ever selected parts that I would like for a build, however, wasn't sure whether they would make a good fit for what I imagined. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and hope that the computer serves me well for many, many years.

I wanted to buy a prebuilt PC because I don’t like doing cable management (I might not be the only one lol). I also wanted to buy from a small but great Canadian company and I went across Quoted Tech! Everything has been great since the beginning; buying the computer to receiving it. Prices were good, service was awesome and the choices they have can fit anybody! I received to computer 1 week after buying it which is very fast for where I live. I had no problem with my build so far and they make sure everything is going well by reaching out to you which is something I like a lot! I am not talking about the robot style reaching but HUMAN reaching! I recommend 100% and will buy again from them if I need to!

It took 3 weeks to build and another week to be shipped. Took 4 weeks till I got the pc. It looks amazing, nice and clean. However it keeps booting in bios mode or not even giving a picture. Customer service is good, love the look and it does run nice.

I have been building my own computers for many years however the ease of just ordering a high end pc for a very minimal labour charge was too good to pass up. The team answered my pre purchase questions within minutes and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They have a great selection of tested components to choose from to meet your needs and the operating system was installed without any of the typical bloatware that comes preloaded from the mainstream suppliers. I am unable to connect my Seagate Firecuda into the new PC. The tech support provided was unreliable and failed to respond in a timely manner. I have been spending lots of money on various cables that do not connect my SSD. The SATA power cables that I have bought are too wide for my SSD on one end and the PCI connection points in the PC have no pins to connect the PCI on the cables I have tried. So because the files in my SSD are trapped and can't be retrieved, I have no choice but to give a 1 star review.

Before ordering a PC, I contacted Support for guidance on the PC line I should order for my specific requirements. They responded quickly with their recommendation and why, so that allowed me to configure my PC starting with the correct base model for my needs. The actual configuring of the PC was straightforward, and the product was delivered during the promised timeframe. The PC works as expected, and I am a happy customer. I received timely post delivery Support when I needed assistance to hook up an old monitor to the PC. The warranty provided gives me peace of mind that going forward should any unforeseen problems arise that I will receive the support I would need.
