A discrepancy about the lead time on ordering was sorted out quickly by a good customer support team. The delivery came loose and some lengths had come adrift and were slightly damaged. The timber itself was good and the profiling was done well. The corner trim was out of stock. Ruby offered to make it but it was too expensive.
Competitive prices but delivery a bit slow. Worst of all they delivered late at night and didn't bother to knock,just left it on our drive. I'm 75 years old and lucky enough to be able to lug bundles to my garage.

Replacement gate
I ordered a gate from Ruby in their clearance sale, unfortunately on arrival the gate was damaged, not Ruby UKs fault, as they were using a 3rd party courier, however, I do think they may want to revisit this, as looking at other reviews, many items seem to be getting damaged in transit, which must be very frustrating for all parties. I have to say their sales team (Ryan) and customer service advisor (Genei) were excellent, they dealt with my complaint, swiftly and efficiently, with no quibbliing, and replaced and delivered a new gate within a week, I would definatley order from this company again. The new courier who delivered the replacement, did have all the gates strapped down safe and secure, to ensure no damage was incurred.
