We did a single storey extension with Shomera. It was a fantastic experience from initial consultation through to the end result. I was truly shocked by the efficiency - a study in project management. Everything was on time and the communication was excellent. The result is a beautiful spacious extension, well thought out for light and usefulness of the space. Value for money was also great - costs were clearly outlined, no changes made without clear confirmation. Our project manager was available for any questions and checked in frequently to make sure all was going to plan. We managed to stay in the house for the work and the team were very accommodating for this - letting us know in advance when utilities had to be switched off and after the initial demolition activities the disruption was surprisingly minimal. I would highly recommend working with Shomera if you want a high quality build delivered on time.

Exceptional quality and service. We wanted a high quality, architecturally designed garden room that would add value to the house rather than detract from it. We weren't sure how to identify the right supplier, so we shopped around. From the moment we engaged with the Team in Shomera we knew we had found the right people for the job. Seamless order process and install...they finished a day early and left the site spotless. You'll find cheaper, but you won't find better....

Very happy with the finished product. Our kitchen/living area extension and renovation was completed in June. Having researched Shomera extensively our expectations were very high and we were not disappointed. Through every stage, design, build, finish and handover, Shomera executed with quality and transparency. The project was delivered on time thanks to meticulous project management. Would recommend without hesitation.

I recently purchased a shomera and i can honesty say the team were exceptional to deal with, from the ground works to the electricians everyone was so professional. Our experience with the Shomera team from the first enquiry conversation to the last was always first class and a positive experience. From kicking off the design process with Ray, to finalising the snag list with Stephen and shaking hands. The whole end to end process was seamless. The whole team are so customer centric, and they always listen and respect the customers views, and support and in the majority of cases enhance the decision making process. If you are happy to follow the plan and make the key decisions on time, then the team delivered on the 10 week delivery timeline. From the very outset of our dealings with Shomera they were diligent and professional in their approach in helping us find the best garden room design solution for our home. A special thank you to both Michael and Trish who we dealt with. Michael was excellent in understanding our brief and ensuring the final design met our end use requirements. Once works commenced we were given a clear programme for the works over the three week installation period, which was completed as planned. Trish in their head office was in contact weekly to brief us in advance of the works taking place each week and she dealt quickly with any queries we had on the works. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Shomera for your garden room requirements. We are delighted with the quality of the finished project, and we wish Shomera continued success with their excellent business.

Dealing with Shomera before, during & after our house extension was always clear, straightforward and prompt. They presented us with a detailed plan of works, delivered to schedule and to price; to a high standard. Their team with very easy to have on site and accommodated any discussion we needed about changes, final finishes etc. I recommend highly.

Our house extension commenced in November and Shomera did everything possible to make our home livable while open construction was underway. The work teams were courteous and helpful. Shomera employ good tradesman. When we had hickups! Shomera had good communication with us and resolved all issues. Shomera work to efficient time deadlines and were excellent on each stage of the build. Our home extension was complete in 8 wks.
It is important to have your ideas of what you want heard. Shomera advised us along the process and were flexible to modifications in build. Be prepared for some stressful moments in your build but rest assure Shomera get you to the other side and a lovely new extension!

From start to finish, the Shomera crew were excellent. The guys doing each of the jobs from ground preparation to installation, electrical and carpentry were thorough, accommodating and basically nice guys. Brilliant seamless service and a beautiful product. From the initial on site consultation, the full plans and quote to the professional, respectful trades everything was really well organised and executed. All queries/issues were answered/resolved promptly. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough and the whole project only took about two weeks!

Great communication. Each Thursday we received an email with a list of what works were going to be done the following week. Always on time. Explained what was being done during the build.

The quality of the build was excellent and the professionalism of the various tradesmen that arrived to put in foundations, assemble, wire up and plaster was exemplary. We were given a schedule and everything happened exactly on time. I was particularly impressed with the neatness of the external wiring and cabling which needed to be brought into our house as well as being accommodating for extra wiring for other garden accessories.
