I ordered a personalised snow globe for my little girl for Christmas and when it arrived it was absolutely gorgeous. And much bigger than I was expecting! Couldn’t fault anything.
No updating of information. No advance notice of delivery by your Courier company...only notified the next day that they had attempted delivery and failed. I emailed them but only got automatic response.
Very poor...still do not have our packages. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve!
Still waiting for items I ordered on 2 Dec to arrive. Contacted customer service who say it can’t be traced because of the postal option I choose. Needed the items for an event tomorrow so it’s disappointing.
