I've been with Supporthost for several years. Zero issues with their server, when I asked something they replied within few hours, everything work smoothly.
I have just renewed their package of hosting, for additional 2 years.
I had some problems with the settings and they immediately replied with the solution. Very good!

Support Very Efficient, Friendly & Helpful
The support staff have been very helpful and responses are are quick. I am in the process of moving to their service and have asked many novice questions. First time I am setting up a website
My only problem is I have to keep translating from Italian to English, but that does not impact on their service. This was the only reason for 4 stars.
I would give 5 based on my experience with them over the last few weeks and would highly recommend them. Before choosing Support Host as a service provider I did much research on other options. I decided to test them for 14 days and them signed up as I was happy with how they interacted with me.
