Temu has so many different gadgets, many usefull and inexpensive. I sit through the site just looking through all their products.
Their estimate delivery date is almost always accurate. I have zero issues returning an item. I click on every coupon and sometimes get lucky with a great deal. I appreciate temu price adjustment option. It adds up.

Temu said my order was delivered
Temu said my order was delivered. But I never received it. I followed their instructions to get a refund and once I hit submit, I got an automated response ‘declined, we have proof the courier delivered your order’. That proof was a photo of a package on a doorstep that wasn’t mine nor my neighbors.
There is nothing I can do I guess if they are going to call that proof. I won’t order from them again. Most of the stuff is junk anyways. The quality is lower than you expect.

I'd put no star if I could
I'd put no star if I could. The automated system keeps you on hold for more then half an hour, then just hangs up before putting you through to a live person. My package through Temu, which I'll never order from again, because they use Raven Force, as their courier, has been saying for 2 days it's on the truck for delivery. So I've emailed and called and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. They don't answer at all. This is horrible customer service and I'm not sure how they continue to run this way. My package which was expensive is no where to be found, its saying it's on the truck for delivery for 2 days now and there is no one who responds to tell me where my package is. Temu is no help either. They just keep saying if not received after more than the month since I bought it, they can do something. So unprofessional and I will never order from TEMU again because they use Raven Force as their courier. Horrible experience. No updates online and they refuse to answer emails and phone hangs up. So so unprofessional. Never again.

I do not recommend buying through temu. They take a long time to send the order, the shipping too. When it arrives in the destination country, they send it through a frivolous, very slow carrier who has problems putting the package in the box. They do not put it in, they do not write a reason, at most they just send you a message that they will deliver it the next day. I waited for the package for more than 4 days, with a delay. Most sellers also sell low-quality goods. Agents are also frivolous, they do not know, they do not want to answer a simple question, I am writing about something else, the opposite. They do not know how to transfer credit to the account.

It’s a joke!
Yes they are cheap but after order so much stuff and half the time it’s broken,torn or stinks! That adds up after a while and it takes close to a month to receive your stuff. It’s really not worth it at all!

Don’t use TEMU - Return Service not fit for purpose!
Don’t use TEMU.
I Ordered vinyl flooring - came with boxes opened. I returned them via EVRI as Temu required.
Half the packs are still with EVRI depot - looking at the tracking some have been delivered back to Temu.
The issue is - TEMU is asking me to chase EVRI so I can get my remaining refund which is THERE responsibility.
This has been going on for weeks - if I could give this less than 1 star I would - shocking customer service - I will never order from TEMU again - The items value is over -£200 pounds. Better off using Amazon / EBay is my advice ! No point in having a return service with your designated courier if you don’t take responsibility for that courier.

Cheap, bad quality and won't last
I have used Temu twice over the past six months, and my experiences were disappointing. While the prices are low, the quality reflects that—products are made with inexpensive materials, poorly constructed, and often poorly fitting. Most items are made from cheap plastic or polyester, which are environmentally harmful as they degrade very slowly. Given these issues, I have decided to delete the app from my phone and will not order from Temu again.

Used numerous times and great
I have now used Temu numerous times. Depending on products, I order on Amazon or Temu. As of now, all was delivered within timeframe, quality was ok to good. In some cases I have had exact same product as Amazon for less than have the price. I have also asked twice for reimbursement: once product was not exactly what I expected, and once it was very slightly damaged. In both cases, they paid back with the option to have a credit, which I did and used later. They did not require to send the products back either (they were both <15$ each)

Don't trust temu
So I ordered a set of keycaps a month ago (before Christmas) and while the order shipped very fast and cleared customs within one week, since the 29th of December the order hadn't received a single update.
Upon reaching out to customer support they told me to wait a little further and if my order's status doesn't update and exceeds 15 days I would get a refund and IF the package eventually arrived, I would get to keep it without needing to return it as their policy states.
So, there was no update for more than 15 days and the refund happened automatically.
After two days(meaning today) I get an email saying that my order has been delivered to the local courier center so I went to get the package as the customer support told me I could have it. When I asked for the package they wouldn't give it to me saying that temu told them to ship it back.
I go back home and contact customer support again and tell them what's going on. They tell me that I can keep the package with no issues and after explaining that the courier wouldn't let me get it, they kept jerking me around for more than 1 hour replying to emails and to other tickets they opened and closed almost immediately, they tell me that the issue has been escalated and will be looked into. After 5 minutes I receive an email saying that the order has been refunded and the package is not at my local courier center, which is a lie. After 1 hour I get another email saying that the package has returned to their warehouse and that is why it could not be delivered to me which is another lie as the courier CLEARLY declared that I REFUSED the delivery and they had to send it back.
I even offered to make another order while I was still chatting with the customer support, at a reduced price, so I could get my package before it was sent back but they straight up refused and tried to bribe me with a 20% coupon. I would not trust a company that doesn't even abide by its own policy and they have to lie and jerk around a customer like this to save face and 30 bucks.
Update: As you can see, they replied to my review asking for information so they can look into it and they replied the exact same lies they fed me yesterday. That the package has been sent back to their warehouse. Meanwhile THEY told the courier to ship it back and as of the "why" it was shipped back they told them to say that I REFUSED delivery which is a LIE.
