We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We did tell you at the time you placed the order that the lead time of the third party vendor parts would be 20-25 business days, plus shipping. And when you asked for a status, we told you it would be the last week of the month, which was still within that timeframe. We shipped your order on 2/27 so were within our original lead time and our status update. Since we were shipping within our promised time and you would have gotten a tracking number when it shipped, we didn’t follow up. We do value your feedback and we strive for high customer satisfaction so again we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
