Nighmare not a company to trust. Charged full amount + delivery fee, item almost €370, and they never replied (placed order on 20st December, today 6th and not once update received, called myself several times, no updates, no communication, plus I asked for tracking number and info on who will deliver (imagine that, they do not have any tracking and no info). No intentions to deliver, got to cancel! No further action, no updates.. I purchased from another company and received next day.. Until today, my order just hanging! No cancellation email, nothing! Worst, terrible experience. Charged - and no updates after, via phone cancelled, no communication after! Absurd!

I was at Toss Bryan right before Christmas. It was a great experience, the staff is knowledgeable and super friendly! Definitely coming here again!

I was let down by another (bigger) company who didn't deliver my lawnmower. Found Toss Bryan by accident (well it's on the main road out of Fermoy so you can't miss it), and they had a massive range in the shop. Ordered one online and it arrived within 3 days via a local courier. Very impressed, thank you! (I bought some fantastic bedding plants there, too.)

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered a white hob online, 5 days later (after my email), they inform me that it was out of stock and they'd send me a stainless one . I emailed back saying no way, to just refund us. They did not. I receive an email informing me that Dpd was delivering this WRONG order . I rang Toss Byran . Put on to many people . They told me to refuse the order . I work nights so I could not. I emailed DPD ,stressing to cancel this WRONG delivery.
We are waiting 17 days for this refund. Disgrace. I notice I'm not the only one they've done this to judging by the reviews.
Money grabbers, quick to take our money , slow to send it back. Il be reporting them to the consumer board if no refund in the next day. This is something that they do it seems. Not even an apology.

Outstanding service

Went down to see the shop after seeing their competitive prices online. Excellent service. Lawnmower arrived the next day fully serviced and fuelled. Will definitely visit again

I was sold the absolute worst garden…

I was sold the absolute worst garden tool in the history of garden tools. Classic bait and switch. I ordered and paid for a Dargan Wheeled Grass Trimmer. The website said "In Stock". Later I get a phone call, "Sorry we don't have that in stock". We have the exact same product but it's "Hyundai". I reluctantly accepted. Worst mistake ever. They sent me the Hyundai HYWT5200X. This thing is absolute garbage. Firstly, I couldn't even start it. Had to get a mechanic to come and fix it so it would start. Next, it has a "foldable" handle that wobbles so much that you can't tighten or control the machine. Next, the angle of the cutting deck is not fit for purpose - can't strim properly. Finally, if you use 2.4mm line, you go through 50 metres in about 20 minutes with shreds of strimmer line all over your lawn. if you use heavier gauge, it doesn't self feed. I feel completely scammed by this company. I did call the first day for help on starting it. They called back once but could not help and promised a follow-up call. Never heard from them Do NOT do business with this scam outfit. Non-existient service, bait and switch practices and absolute rubbish products. I would actually love to see anyone from Toss Bryan come here and try to use this strimmer. I guarantee they could not get it to work properly in any way shape or form. This is why they do the bait and switch.
