I spoke to a lovely lady called Lynda who helped me with my guarantee renewal & was all sorted very quickly
The only problem I had when talking to Lynda I could hear a man's voice talking to another customer hopefully that doesn't happen again

Plumber came on Christmas Eve too! I hope his BBQ'd turkey worked out :)

Beware
we fitted 8 electric showers in Aprill-May 2024 in same building, first 2 failed in first 2 month, obtaining service was a nightmare, it took Triton 10 days to send a engineer who established the same issue with both showers,
a additional shower failed on 22/12/24 we contacted the company immediately, on 30/12/24 we received the following message
Hello, I am very sorry for the delay in replies we have been closed over the holiday period until today.
In other words, crappy service
for your consideration when instaling triton in your property

we have purchased this same shower…
we have purchased this same shower twice before in different colourway. Have to say quality not the same. Shower less powerful than previously and shower head has less settings than previously. Really miss the stronger shower spray despite being same wattage.

Customer service and delivery
Absolutely hopeless.
Order placed on 14th December and I paid for premium next day delivery, no sign of it so I email there customer services and get no reply.
Called and they are closed until the 30th December. Over 2 weeks no communication, reply or goods.
I would look elsewhere, especially if you need it in a timely fashion.

Warrantyis a waste of time
New shower installed early October 24.
Fully operational until 21st December when stopped producing any hot water and reported to triton. The company
tried every way to avoid providing a solution. Offered an engineer on 31st December ( all day) every communication stating a £99 fee if no fault found. So no home bathing facilities. Going out to buy another brand.
