Dining room looks amazing. I love the wainscoting panels by Wainscoting America. The precision cutting of the panels after several conversations with this company located in Connecticut was a major help. The pallet weighed over 400 pounds and was delivered to my driveway. My contractor needed another railing and I called the company. The customer service was amazing. Deb did a video call so she could discuss the details. I was concerned about the smallest panel being plain. She replaced it with a raised panel after conferring with the contractor via overnight mail. I will be shopping for new dining room furniture this month to reflect my colonial inspired dining room. PS. Thanks HGTV for spotlighting this company in one of their programs.

Deb, in the office was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful with my order. The guys in the shop gave me great installation advice and helped load the material on my truck. Also, the wainscoting I bought is absolutely beautiful.

They took an extensive amount of time working out the exact details of each of 21 panels of wainscoting, helped me with design and were very friendly and helpful tthrough he entire process. Deb was extraordinarily helpful with a 3-panel configuration that was not easily ordered on the website. The measurements were tricky and she
was quick to determine my measuring mistakes.

We don't mark up the shipping and work with customers to help make the shipping cost as transparent and painless as possible and try to provide better options when available.

Had ordered wainscotting and top rail a few years ago and was very pleased. The dimensions were exactly as I specified on their website. Needed to do some remodeling recently and ordered some new top rail. The quality on both orders is excellent and they were able to ship earlier than advertised.

Good honest company to work with.

Good honest company to work with. Quality material, exact dimensions from order are delivered and appropriate packaging to mitigate damage. We had a miscommunication with one piece and the issue was taken care of within 2 days with replacement. I will do more business with Wainscoting America in the future.
