Easy to order and the sofa looks every bit as good as it does in the photos. It was discounted (and with a blue light voucher), came in at a very reasonable price. It seems like it will easily click back into a bed and came almost fully built so there was minimal work to get it ready for use. The seat is quite firm but with cushions is fine and it seems like it will be very robust.
Delivery was on time and as promised, we were given a small delivery window the night before to make it easier to accept the delivery. All in all I'm very impressed!

I had a query regarding a recently purchased mattress. The box that it was delivered in didn’t correspond to what I was expecting. I contacted Wayfair using their text messaging service and they were absolutely great, reassuring me that even if I opened the box and unravelled the mattress, if it were in fact the wrong product they would still arrange a return in the open state that it was in. Thankfully it was the correct item, but just having that reassurance was great. Just to add, the mattress is absolutely amazing.

Found what I hope will be the perfect rug to place as you enter the hallway (due shortly) which should match my existing carpet.
The fact that it didn't cost me a penny was absolutely marvellous! I'd forgotten all about the "bonus points" you earn with purchases - thank you Wayfair!

Wayfair deletes bad reviews

Wayfair deletes bad reviews. I have posted a negative review on an item twice. Each time it has been removed, leaving only 5 star glowing reviews on the website. Beware!

I was looking for bedside tables to finish off my room and Wayfair had a huge selection to suit all budgets. The ones I chose were out of stock but should be delivered within 4 weeks which is not an issue as I am not in a rush for them
