I ordered the Vancasso dinner set in October and now less than 3 months later one of the plates has chipped. I cannot get through to anyone via Chat as after asking a few questions the AI option disconnects. Also, when I try to ring the office in Galway it disconnects too. I’m so disappointed with my first purchase. I also tried to email with no response either. Customer service seems to be non existent.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered an Acacia chopping board (one of the hardest woods in the world) and it arrived snapped in half and one of the corners was cracked off too. Completely unfit for purpose. It was just packaged in cardboard with plastic around the outside, no bubble wrap or protection at all.
I went to their customer service chat to request a refund or replacement and they refuse either unless you ship the broken item back and pay for shipping! They offered me a WHOPPING 15% refund and so GENEROUSLY allowed me to keep the unusable product. They wouldn't refer me to management and refused to offer any further support.
Absolutely horrendous customer service and disgraceful product quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Not recommend to send something from Wayfair. I ordeder sofa on november black friday deals. Today I wrote to customer care and they answer me , my sofa is losted during in transit. When I ask month ago they promise me delivery on 9 January and item is on its way,when I bought they promise to deliver it till 24 december. Always something happening and still need to wait. Today I ask refund, hopefully I’ll receive it back 100% .

Totally unacceptable. Will go down the legal route if I have to go get my money back.

Avoid Wayfair at all cost!!!!
I'll never again be using Wayfair. Placed an order for my daughter on the 6th of December for all new bedroom furniture. 5 items total cost of 1400 euros. 3 items arrived on time, one of which was a 7 layer memory foam mattress. Mattress that came is not as what was described on the website, does not have any memory foam, its meant be be 21cm deep and after measuring its only 16cm, and the overall quality is so bad I wouldn't have my dog sleep on it. I contacted Wayfair and they tried to offer me 20% off the cost, I refused and advised I want to return for a full refund. I was then provided return information, which initials me to bring the mattress to a drop off point, firstly my drop off point is in a local supermarket and secondly I don't have the means to transport a mattress to a drop off point. I then had to reach out again to advise of the situation and was told someone would reach out to arrange collection, this still hasn't taken place. On top of this I'm still waiting on 2 other items, one that has dispatched but has no tracking information and other item which had a delivery date is now marked as delayed. I was also offered a 10 discount code as an apology that doesn't even work. Now I have a very upset little girl that wanted her new bedroom for Christmas. Very poor service Wayfair.
Adding to this as of Jan 10th 2025. So got a notification today to contact customer support as one of item I order "desk" is gone missing. Was ask to place another order, told the rep I would like a refund, have been waiting 5 weeks as it stands already. Then I had a courier call today with another item "Make Up Desk" 3 boxes expected to be delivered only received 2, courier advised 3rd box was badly damaged and they are sending it back. So now I have a makeup desk that cannot be put together as one side is completely missing. Contacted customer care again for the 4th or 5th time and was told an escalation team would email me. Been waiting now for 5 days and no one has reached out to me with an update. Honestly Wayfair has messed up this total order from start to finished. Avoid buying anything from them.
Also take note, Wayfair does not response to reviews here, so I would recommend posting reviews to Wayfair.co.uk also. Again shoppers beware, stick to Irish companies, Wayfair is NOT an Irish company.

Impossible to report an issue and talk to anyone except the bots
I want to return the item that hasnt been delivered but it is shipped. Delivery is week late amd I dont wsnt the item anymore as we needednit on the date that we were told to get it. Worst customer service EVER
Worst customer service EVER! Bought kitchen pantry unit, it arrived in a box that was damaged & obviously opened & badly repackaged.
Reported issue on their wonky & outdated website. Took 2 days of trying to return an unopened item. Provided pictures & data. Almost had to beg for a refund! Item is 116 lbs & I’mhaving to shag it to a FedEx store rather than Wayfair sending a return pick up authorization. I’m over 70 widow!!!
Shop with Overstock & save yourself from Wayfair’s horrendous Customer Service! Never again!
Delivery by FedEx was another nightmare.

Wayfair is uttery useless - stay away
Uttery useless. I made an order in February 2024 and i still am missing parts. So many emails to them, the lasy time they promised to deliver by 3rd October. This date has come and gone, still nothing. The only change is Wayfair now do not even bother replying to me. Worst company ever. Oh year the Berlinger products they sent, pots and pans are also horrible, the quality is terrible and half the puts lost their round shape.

The worst Customer Service ever
I don't know what's the main requirement for hiring Support Agents for Wayfair, but I believe it's to be as dumb as possible. I've now been trying to resolve my issue with huge delays with the delivery (on the Wayfair's side), and guess what - I got six transfers from one agent to another, and they all were very excited to help me. Guess what was the progress? 0%.

Do not order from Wayfair Ireland. There is no customer service or support. I am still awaiting delivery of items ordered in November. I've gone through every support option available and no one will respond. Had I not received one of my items I would have thought this to be a scam website.

Worst business and customer service EVER!
Ordered a sofa with an estimated delivery date of 4 weeks. One business day before the estimated delivery I contacted their CS asking if they could provide me with a status since I haven't heard anything from them.
I was then told that delivery is delayed because the sofa is out of stock. I had to end the chat with CS as I was fuming! Why did nobody inform me?!
After calming down and thinking of what to do, as I did not want to sit on boxes for Christmas, I opened a new chat to discuss my options, whether to cancel the order and purchase a different sofa, what the quickest option was. The associate then told me that she cannot see that my sofa is out of stock. WHAT??!?! The associate then said she would open an investigation to find out what the story was, I would be contacted by their investigation team within a couple of days.
Later that they I wanted to check another order and had to find out that my order was cancelled!!! Back on to support and that person told me that she would cancel the cancellation, she does not know why it was cancelled, that was a Friday.
The following Monday I went back to my orders and the status hasn't changed, still in Pending Cancellation status. Back on to support just to be told that once an order is cancelled, it's cancelled, they cannot reverse a cancellation. I will receive a refund within 3-5 business days, and suggested to order the same sofa again. Ehm, NO! I bought the sofa for discounted price and it was then back to the normal price.
Because the sofa was not to be delivered, I wanted to cancel my second order, a rug to go with that sofa (matching colours). The estimated delivery time was 14 days, 24th December, but my cancellation request was denied.
Since then, the estimated delivery date changed twice, without any notifications, you only know when you check your orders in your account.

Zero stars if I could- have used before…
Zero stars if I could- have used before and had no issues but this time item ordered November for Christmas- last week 17th was advised it would be here by 24th- tbh even if I had it January would be happy- followed up with customer service today - was cut from chat 3 times but then was told item was out of stock- despite a message saying it has dispatched! Would not recommend this company- shop local or go with Amazon if you want online- nothing to recommend them

Waste of time and money
I ordered a desk and chair. Both were delayed but I had allowed a good window after their estimate to make sure they were here in time for Christmas. Desk finally arrived but the delivery date of the chair has now moved again to after Christmas. Customer service were really unhelpful and pretty rude. They won’t cancel my order and say there is a €59 return fee as I will have to get something else before Wednesday and so won’t need this anymore. This process can’t even be started till the chair finally arrives but they have no clue where it is or when it will be here. They are not well set up to be operating in Ireland and couldn’t care less.

The absolute worst service EVER. I have been trying to return an item for over 3 weeks, they keep changing the collection date and then nobody turns up to collect the item. Their customer service are so unhelpful and it appears that every effort is made to get rid of you rather than resolve the problem. I still have the item and have not received a refund. I will NEVER shop on wayfair.ie again, it is shambolic

Cancelled my order for a sofa a week…
Wayfair cancelled my order for a sofa a week before Christmas after having my money for 4 weeks. Didn't even get a notification since my order confirmation, only found out because I've checked on the order in my account daily.
Two days after I already gave a poor review, Wayfair contacted me to top it off. They ask me to help them to return the sofa they accidentally dispatched to me after giving me a refund for it - I have not received a sofa, or any information on the delivery. The cancellation was against my wish and without my knowledge. I'm confused but not as confused as they are it seems.
After chasing an update, it turns out, they made another mistake. Go figure.

Great product & quick delivery from UK
Ordered the ergonomic executive office chair on 10th December and it was delivered by UPS yesterday afternoon. We did get an email yesterday morning saying the package was delayed in transit but I think it was a generic email sent to customers waiting on delivery from the Uk. Every component was really well wrapped and the chair went together easily. We’re very happy with the quality and how it looks. This was my first time ordering from Wayfair and it was a very good experience overall
