Support team is nonexistent. The originator of a payment (the merchant whose site it’s on), doesn’t offer a cancellation, so wayforpay has been charging me every single month for months. I’ve emailed them after the payment email three times and after 3 months nobody has responded.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY COMPANIES THAT USE IT! THEY COULDN’T USE STRIPE OR SQUARE — SO THEY USED A SHADY COMPANY.

In Ukraine wayforpay is the best and usability way for business to receive the payments from its customers via the site. The company has many box solutions for different online businesses, a reliable partner for small and large businesses. The best recommendations! I would also like to note the excellent support

They have too strict rules. I ordered a device at some eastern European site and they declined my payment because I should provide my id a
nd card photos. Comon guys do you really think customers want such service? Besides I used revolut disposable card, how should I provide that? Why the hell I should send my id to unknown company just to buy something?

Useful but delayed

I have requested some exam books.
I got the first few books to my email, which was not very useful for the purpose.
Then I sent an email asking for the other books. Then I received the rest of the books to my email many (7 hrs) hours later.

A very functional platform

A very functional platform. They react quickly enough to improvements, you just need to correctly explain why this is for the business. An interesting opportunity for customers to pay in installments.

Tried stealing £400 from me

I paid for something using this and paid £11.30.

It went though after 10 minutes and all was fine. 3 hours later I get a notification on my banking app saying I spent 400 and something and it was from the same WFP.

But I didn't have 400 in my account so nothing came out. This usually happens when I try to buy something so it doesn't go through. I contacted WFP and they ignored me so I'm taking it up with my bank and not putting any money in that account until I find out why I got that notification.

WayForPay - YOU ARE COMPLETELY UNPROTECTED

WayForPay - you are commiting a huge mistake if you think WayForPay is similar to Paypal - this is a company that only makes payments but is in no way responsible for your payment! Different from PAYPAL, they will not defend you against a SCAM or any problems you may face with the seller - so KEEP AWAY and do not accept to pay through them because you are completely UNPROTECTED! AFTER THEIR REPLY, I REPEAT: YOU ARE COMPLETELY UNPROTECTED WITH THIS WayForpay - keep away and safe!

Very very bad or even the worst

Very very very bad
I was asked to pay for the product through this system. When I did the payment, they sent me an e-mail asking for my ID photo as well as for credit card photo to provide them with! I have never heard about such a thing using other payment sites. And I still have not got my money back (3 days already). Definitely the worst payment engine I have ever used.

Why this profile is unclaimed

Why this profile is unclaimed? Lot of companies from Eastern Europe do use it from time to time and I would be really dissapointed if they will not see where we are all going with that I would say. So something must need to be done, like poster here says.

I do not see or understand why this…

I do not see or understand why this company have something like what ? 0 reviews anyway. And I do not really see how it's going there. I visit Eastern Europe from time to time and I do not realise how much it could be done here without company like that for website payments.
