In general the network connection is good, but sometimes (and I can't get from what exactly reason it depends) the ping is very poor. I lost a number of my attacks in Clash of Clans game because of no connection and also had number of troubles with my online meetings while I worked from home.

The customer service is good too, they are always available when you want to talk and they make sure you are satisfied which is also very good. Keep up the good job and bravo .

This is a terrible provider
This is a terrible provider. They connected me with the wrong date and instead of fixing the mistake Bahnhof support asked me to pay for unnecessary weeks or pay for reconnection.
UPD. I responded to the Bahnhof employee's comment on this review and detailed my problem with the incorrect connection date and additional charges due to errors in the Bahnhof system. No response has been received by me. This is the first time in my life that the company itself offers to contact and solve the problem and at the same time completely ignores the appeal. In the end Buhnhof was WORSE than I wrote earlier. Such a company simply should not be on the market.

In Sweden Bahnhof is a good Internet provider
In Sweden I joined Bahnhof in 2022 during the discount time.
And everything works well so far.
I am happy with performance and price.

I have been a customer at Bahnhof since 2012 and I am very happy with my choice. The most important factor in my choice of supplier was Bahnhofs stance against disclosing information to third parties.Over time they have provided me with reliable funktion for a competitive price. Occasional glitches have been due to events beyond Bahnhofs control. Very helpful support for technical issues.

Good if it works, slow to fix problems
If everithing works well, then it's good, if you have a problem, then it takes long to be resolved. We were around 15 days without internet because an issue :(

No Internet for almost a month since the subscription started
The worst ISP ever. We had a contract for the home internet started on August 29. Today is September 21 and we still don't have the Internet. We performed many tests, sent many emails, and each time we were promised that it should work now. Needless to say in every second reply they try to say that the problem is on our side like we had a router off or our cables are faulty or something else we did wrong. What exactly they didn't know themselves. We already ordered a router from Bahnhof with the promise that everything will work once we use their router. Yet we are still there without Internet. It's been the most frustrating customer experience I've ever had.

I have problem to login min sidor by my bank ID, and tired many times to call the kundservice , but too long queue to wait..... I can't use the chat funcation because I can't login min sidor neither

Strong privacy stance and very good service
The primary reason for switching to Bahnhof is their strong stance on privacy, to avoid potential excessive concentration of power to the government. Since government surveilance is increasing, I want to support any actors pushing back.
When switching, I discovered that they also have excellent customer service and automated systems. Would very much recommend.

Worst interner provider ever
Worst interner provider ever. Internet disconnects regularly for days. When you call and you're in a queue for 1.5 hours and finally can talk to someone, nobody cares about you. "We will look into it", and then you hear nothing for days. As if in this modern age being without internet is not a problem working from home, kids, tv, streaming services, etc...
Absolute worst experience with a company ever. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for their low prices, the quality of their services and customer support are equally low. And I'm stuck with them due to a "bindningstid" of 2 years... Switching to them gave me the worst buyer's remorse ever. A V O I D.

Update:
Bahnhof reached out afterward and committed to fixing the issue. After some communication, we finally sorted out the extra charges, and I was refunded the overpaid amount. The problem was with customer service; I haven't had any issues with the broadband quality itself

I submitted a cancellation request with one month's notice and received an automatic reply acknowledging my case (TID 180080) and stating that Bahnhof would respond as soon as possible. However, there was no follow-up from Bahnhof team. After two weeks, I reached out again, but Bahnhof still failed to respond.
After 21 days, I managed to speak with a representative on the phone. I was informed that Bahnhof has changed its process for handling cancellation requests. While they acknowledged their failure to respond to my request, they were unwilling to assist further. I was told that I would have to pay for additional days of broadband service, despite having submitted my cancellation request in a timely manner.
To clarify, I was previously instructed by another customer service representative to handle cancellation requests via email. Additionally, I would like to point out that the chat functionality on Bahnhof website is broken, as my place in the queue remained unchanged even after hours of waiting.

Very very slow internet speed
I am writing my review in English. I have been thinking of changing my subscription to another company as the internet speed, for then last several months, is not good enough for streaming Netfix series and films. The subscription started of very good but for the last one year it is really really bad. When I reached customer service/technical support for help, they often give some reason and close the case. These days, I have stopped approaching customer service for help. I hope you will reach me and fix the issues.
