why has my order not been shipped yet? The order was placed on March 12 and it is stated in your shipping policy that the order will be shipped within 12 or 24 hours.
The first problem I had with them was shipping. Secondly, after the shipping company received my order, a problem occurred. I don’t know what it is, and my order was returned to them again. Imagine what their reaction was. They did not respond to my messages on the website, and even by email, there was no response. I really have never seen such bad customer service and I warn you, do not order from them

As per our customer protection policy, following a problem verifying your payment method (the system had reported it as potentially fraudulent), we are required to contact you to confirm that it was you who placed the order and can then proceed with the shipment.
As soon as we received your reply to the email, we immediately attempted to process the order, but unfortunately the courier had already come to collect it.
We would like to underline that our company is not responsible for the block imposed by the security system.
