I had a terrible experience(from bol.com) with the delivery of my last order in October. They confirmed a home delivery but they delivered to a pick up point without any comments. Finally I found it after one week following up.
Today I have received a compensation for a small part of my payment again without any email or mail.
I will never ever buy anything from them.
Amazon and coolblue and other local stores do much beter.

I canceled the order before it was shipped, and customer service confirmed the cancellation, assuring me I would receive a refund within 3 days.
Instead, I received the order anyway. I contacted customer service again and spoke to 4 different people, none of whom helped me. To make matters worse, they kept cutting off the chat or call on purpose.
Honestly, the customer service is terrible—there’s no service at all. And they have no strategy to handle complaints, and I’m now stuck with an order.

Poor customer service

Warranty not satisfied after months. Shameful!

Item ordered with next day delivery. Next day comes and there is an email from post nl to say they could not deliver so come and collect 9 km away (no reason for not being able to deliver nor an apology). I ain't doing that, item returned. This is not the first time this has happened with bol. End of shopping with bol

Horrible experience, never again
I ordered two items that were supposed to be delivered with DHL. I was at home working remotely the whole day when DHL falsely claimed a missed delivery and delivered the items to a service point. I went to the service point, there was an automated machine that was supposed to release the items after scanning a QR code. I scanned the QR code but because of a bug or a defect in the machine, the doors didn't open. I tried scanning the code again, but the items were registered as 'already delivered'. The employee in the store couldn't help and they literally told me 'I don't know anything about it'.
So I went home, and it was a nightmare to get a refund!! Bol.com doesn't allow to speak with a human first, so they make you lose hours to speak with a bot which cannot solve your problem and when you speak with a human, you have to repeat over and over and over the same things multiple times! First they fold me to contact DHL, DHL told me to contact bol so I contacted bol again and they told me to wait one week. I waited one week and nothing happened, so I asked for a refund. They told me that they would refund one item and resend the other one. After some time I receive no refund so I have to contact bol again (every time I lose 20-30 minutes just to bypass the bot), they tell me ok we will refund both items. After one week they refund only one, so I contact them again to get also the other refund which doesn't arrive so I have to repeat it again. This is not just incompetence, this is lack of respect for our time!!
It's asinine to have to repeat the same things multiple times and to have to lose time because instead of allowing you to speak with a human they make you lose time with a bot, which resists reiterated attempts to be put in contact with a human. If we count also all the times that I had to speak with a bot to convince it to get in contact with a human, in total I lost hours! Do you pay me my hourly rate for it?!
At this point I will never use bol again. I was ripped off because I have my select subscription running for one more year, which I will not use again but at this point it would be easier to go to the store myself to buy the items. Total incompetence!

Order an air mattress received a kids toy called them and asked them to fix the problem. I received an email stating that they cancel my order without asking me and are sending a delivery driver to come pick up the wrong parcel that was delivered to me. i call them again and ask that i didnt want my order canceled but wanted what i ordered in the first place. They told me that this is company policy so your telling me that i ordered something u got it mixed up and delivered the wrong thing and cacnel my order without asking me is a company policy. The funniest thing about all of this is their solution is for me to order again when i went to check the exact same air matress i ordered yesterday was +30 difference in price. Please do yourself a favor and never order form them.

Bad experience, avoid Bol.com
I purchased an item and later discovered it was cheaper elsewhere. When I attempted to return it, I found out that it wasn’t possible. Bol doesn’t allow you to drop off return parcels at nearby PostNL points; instead, you can only drop them off at a location far from your home. This makes returning items extremely inconvenient. I’m very disappointed with Bol for providing such a poor experience.

I’m honestly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism I’ve encountered with bol.com. I ordered an iPhone 13 on October 7, 2024 (Order Number: 4173724096), and things quickly went downhill. The delivery driver from PostNL handed my expensive package over to a neighbor without asking for a signature or any proof that it was delivered to the right person. How is that even acceptable?
To make matters worse, customer support has been no help at all. I was told twice that I would get a refund for the lost package, but every time I followed up, they claimed there was no record of my previous conversations, and nothing was done to fix the situation.
I’m beyond frustrated with this whole experience and honestly, I won’t be using bol.com again. If you care about good service and accountability, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Let me make this clear: your team failed on every promise made during this transaction.
You GUARANTEED one-day delivery. Instead, it took THREE DAYS.
You kept changing the delivery time, forcing me to rearrange my schedule and waste hours waiting at home.
You PROMISED to collect the old device upon delivery. Yet, your delivery personnel blatantly ignored this commitment.
Your lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable. If this is how you treat customers, no one should expect any level of decent service from you.

I have only one bad experience: I never received my package, and POST NL claims it has been delivered. Still: I had to pay for it! This isn’t my first bad experience with POST NL, and I swear, if I see that POST NL is the delivery service, I’ll cancel my order right away or won’t order at all. I’m sick of this kind of service and suggest others do the same. It’s shameful how they run their business. Think about that, Bol. It’s a bad company to partner with!

I’m a regular customer and have made many purchases, all of which arrived on time. Whenever there was an issue, bol.com was there to help.
The last time I bought products, they didn’t smell quite right, but bol.com was quick to assist with the return and refund process.
The only concern I have is that sometimes I’m unsure whether all the sellers are legitimate, especially when buying things like perfume.

One of the worst shops out there! We bought very expensive tv and soundbar from bol. Each sent with different delivery company. Soundbar arrived next day (Friday) with post.nl , while expensive tv is nowhere to be seen. On bol website while buying- delivery today (Friday), information on their website still says today, track&trace of delivery company Dynalogic yesterday said delivery today (Friday) then another update- delivery date Monday. This morning message from Dynalogic said delivery today (Friday), track&trace Monday. Chatted with apparent bol customer service- delivery within next 4 working days (!), but they don’t know when. Called customer service: delivery scheduled for Monday, they cannot cancel the order and asked us (!) to contact delivery company ourselves as they cannot! What a mess! Absolutely unacceptable, especially when buying such expensive, luxury items. So still don’t know where our expensive tv is and we are going away. Will never buy from bol again! Such an incompetence and total lack of service! Disgrace that such a company even exists

VAT invoices
Bol.com makes it almost impossible to receive VAT invoices. I have a business account with bol.com and still the problem persists. To receive an invoice, you first have to navigate to orders. Next, contact seller. You get connected to a bol.com bot. Asks you several questions. And only then gives you contact details of the retailer. And then you still have to write the retailer, asking for an invoice matching an order number on bol.com. Totally customer unfriendly and a complete waste of my time.
Otherwise decent online store.

Happy to take money and not deliver or keep record
What a terrible company. I ordered a drier and paid via iDeal. 4 days later, bol.com said there was no order linked to my account. Post.nl said there is no package registered. The actual seller (fodor) they said they gave it post.nl.
How can bol.com not have record of my order if I can clearly see it in My Account? How can bol.com promise next day delivery, take close to 400 euros and then say they never heard of my order.
My advice to anyone using Bol.com is to use the afterpay option, this way you wont loose 400 euros like we did.

I worked as a shopper for bol. I would use pre written reviews and place orders to raise companies ratings. Money was great at first. Then you hit what they call a luckey order. Where the order is more than in your account. So deposit money you get refunded plus your commission. They still owe me for work done. Never work for them. It is a scam

The city hall of Waalwijk does not care about it. You don't have any support from anyone. It is a shame of what is going on there. CLOSE BOL, is an infected place full of poisones and envy people.
