I received the computer 10 days late, with a missing screw needed to secure the power supply. The customer service was supposed to send it to me, but I never received it. Additionally, the processor in the configuration has overheating issues... I strongly advise against it.

When I first ordered my PC through Pc configurator delivery time was approximately 15 working days. I was able to pick up my Pc in just 3 working days. Flawless experience. Everything is packed sturdy. Haven’t checked the goods yet but I know it will be in excelent shape!

"Delay, missing screw, overheating..."

We regret that your PC was delivered in December with a missing screw for the power supply.

In your messages, you also mentioned that you were considering exercising your right of withdrawal. In such a case, sending a replacement screw would not have been appropriate, so further clarification was needed—also regarding the functionality of the PC.

However, we did not receive a response to our follow-up inquiry, and instead, the missing screw was only reported again after several weeks.

We regret the delay this has caused and have now dispatched the screw.

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support.
Ordered a computer without windows, when going to install it through a USB with mounted ISO it kept showing different errors, retried multiple times in different ways with different USB’s nothing worked.
I called and they answered to me to send an email to them which I did. Then I received an answer that did not reply to my questions, I reiterated my question and received a tutorial how to install windows which I had already done following the exact steps and with a negative outcome. When I told them that they just totally stopped answering my messages and ignored me. I tried to call and someone told me (in great English) sorry I don’t speak English please call back later.

I ended up figuring out what the issue was; they installed windows to test the PC and didn’t deinstall it properly so there was a broken version on the SSD which kept me from doing a clean install. Managed to wipe the ssd and now the pc is finally working after THREE days of struggling.

Please treat your customer better because this is ridiculous.

After 13 months the battery (out of…

After 13 months the battery (out of warranty) was gone, and started expanding so bad the laptop is opened in 2 and completely useless. Reply from the company is to take out the hard drive and throw the rest away.

PC poorly assembled

The PC arrived ‘apparently’ assembled correctly, but during the installation process of the operating system it was shutting down due to excessive CPU temperature. On a quick visual check, it was clear that the heatsink was not properly attached to the motherboard (2 of the 4 pins were not fastened!!!) and was moving conspicuously, leaving me to think that it had repeatedly hit the CPU while moving around during transport. According to CSL's technical service I could have fixed the fan myself and solve the problem. True, but I wondered why there was so little care in assembling such an essential component. It also makes me think that there is not even a minimum final check before shipping the product. It seems absurd to me to pay for an assembled PC and receive components roughly assembled together and then have to complete the assembly myself (moreover, to comfortably reach the pins I would have had to at least disassemble the RAM or the GPU). Unacceptable.
I asked for a refund and sent the PC back. I paid to have an assembled PC, otherwise I would have bought myself the components and spared the costs of the service. I also don't find it fair that I had to pay to send the PC back, I didn't ask for a refund because I changed my mind, but because the product I received was a hastily and unprofessionally assembled PC.
Let me also say that this was the fourth PC I have bought from CSL and before I have always been fully satisfied with the service, but this time I am so disappointed that I think I will never buy from them again.

All in one pc CSL unity F27B-JLS it is useless I had this for two weeks every time you switch it on it is the sound don't work you have to restore it to get it back on it is ridiculous I don't think I will get another one of them to let the eagles know ok

The product quality is amazing, however

The product quality is amazing, and the shipment was very fast. I'm delighted with the products. My only issue was that when I called customer support to ask if they spoke English (in German), the person I talked to was very rude. Otherwise, everything is perfect. The price and quality are both 10/10.

Long Delay in Delivery but Very Good Prices

I am writing on behalf of my friend Riccardo, a 17-year-old who invested most of his savings into a purchase from CSL Computers. Riccardo, with great trust, spent 1,300 Euros (order number BSNR3000322732) on a computer on January 11th, expecting delivery within the promised 12 work days. Today, January 30th, the computer has yet to arrive, and a recent call to CSL revealed an additional delay of 15-17 days due to internal illness issues.

This situation is completely unacceptable, especially since we have now discovered that similar delays were reported by several other customers for orders placed even in late November, over a month before Riccardo's (They received the same "illness situation" response as well). This indicates that CSL was well aware of their operational difficulties long before Riccardo placed his order.

If CSL Computers was facing such severe disruptions, they should have responsibly halted accepting new orders or sought additional manpower to honor their commitments. It is utterly unfair for customers to suffer because of the company’s internal problems. This repeated failure in service and lack of transparency from CSL has not only disappointed me, as someone who recommended them, but also brought a feeling of guilt for advising Riccardo to use their services.

For a young customer like Riccardo, who spent a significant portion of his savings, this delay and lack of transparency are especially disheartening. The situation demonstrates a profound disregard for customer experience and trust. We urgently demand an immediate resolution and the expedited shipment of the computer. CSL Computers must acknowledge and rectify their service failures, ensuring such incidents are not repeated.

Following our initial review that highlighted considerable delays, CSL Computers has taken prompt action by contacting Riccardo and expediting the shipment of his computer, which arrived within a day. In light of this responsiveness, I am updating my review to 3 stars. Should CSL Computers consistently uphold their delivery promises in the future, I would be more than happy to give them a full 5-star rating, recognizing them as the best in their class, especially given their competitive prices.

Ich schreibe im Namen meines Freundes Riccardo, einem 17-Jährigen, der den Großteil seiner Ersparnisse in einen Kauf bei CSL Computers investierte. Riccardo gab am 11. Januar mit großem Vertrauen 1.300 Euro für einen Computer aus (Bestellnummer BSNR3000322732), in der Erwartung, dass die Lieferung innerhalb der versprochenen 12 Arbeitstage erfolgen würde. Heute, am 30. Januar, ist der Computer immer noch nicht eingetroffen, und ein kürzlicher Anruf bei CSL ergab eine zusätzliche Verzögerung von 15-17 Tagen aufgrund interner Krankheitsprobleme.

Diese Situation ist völlig inakzeptabel, insbesondere da wir nun festgestellt haben, dass andere Kunden Ende November, mehr als einen Monat vor Riccardos Bestellung, ähnliche Verzögerungen bei Bestellungen gemeldet hatten (sie erhielten die gleiche „Krankheitssituation“-Antwort). Dies deutet darauf hin, dass CSL sich seiner operativen Schwierigkeiten schon lange vor Riccardos Ernennung bewusst war.

Wenn CSL Computers solche schweren Störungen erlebte, hätten sie verantwortungsbewusst aufhören sollen, neue Bestellungen anzunehmen oder zusätzliches Personal zur Erfüllung ihrer Verpflichtungen suchen sollen. Es ist völlig unfair, dass Kunden wegen interner Probleme des Unternehmens leiden müssen. Dieses wiederholte Versagen im Service und der Mangel an Transparenz seitens CSL hat mich nicht nur enttäuscht, als jemand, der sie empfohlen hat, sondern auch ein Schuldgefühl verursacht, weil ich Riccardo geraten habe, ihre Dienste zu nutzen.

Nachdem wir in unserer anfänglichen Bewertung erhebliche Verzögerungen hervorgehoben hatten, hat CSL Computers rasch reagiert, indem sie Riccardo kontaktierten und den Versand seines Computers beschleunigten, der innerhalb eines Tages ankam. Angesichts dieser Reaktionsfähigkeit aktualisiere ich meine Bewertung auf 3 Sterne. Sollte CSL Computers in Zukunft ihre Lieferzusagen konsequent einhalten, wäre ich mehr als glücklich, ihnen eine volle 5-Sterne-Bewertung zu geben und sie als die besten in ihrer Klasse anzuerkennen, zumal ihre Preise wettbewerbsfähig sind.

I ordered a computer on November 30

I ordered a computer on November 30. it said between 8-10 working days I would receive my computer, now we are on working day 19 since the order, close to twice as long waiting time. I have contacted them many times because I had to play in a csgo tournament on the 22nd of December. I was recommended the company by a friend, but I must honestly admit that I am disappointed. I could understand if the delay was 2-4 days, but twice as long delivery is too bad.

Smooth experience

Smooth experience - starting from browsing the site (nice autodetection of compatibility issues between components) until the use of the device.
No issue about the product, payment or delivery.
Packaging adequately protected the desktop and desktop meets expectations.
Delivery was slightly late compared to advertised timeframe but no big deal.

3400€ lost as warranty denied

I purchased a fully built computer with a 4080 for 3400€ in early December, waited one month to receive the order : it was a bit longer than advertised but fine.
I received the computer the 05/JAN/2023 and noticed it wasn't working (4 bips when turning it on).

The computer was promptly sent back following their customer service advice, and damaged during the transport despite sending it exactly as received.

CSL denied the warranty as the computer was damaged : the graphic cards and more components are fully broken and it should now be my responsibility.

I am extremely unhappy about the situation as I end up with no computer, 3400€ lost and in a multiple months procedure with no end.
