Took months to get my money back from them off a cancelled (out of stock) order. Had to threaten them with a credit card company chargeback before they did anything.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! This furniture company is also called Dreamcatcher Furniture and are based in Mullingar Ireland. I ordered a Wardrobe on 12 October and I was told delivery would be 2 weeks. I was constanty "told 2 more weeks" or "it's with the courier" until I was suddenly ignored. The phone number no longer got through to an advisor and my emails to "Conor" were going unanswered.
I raised a dispute with my Credit Card company who refunded me the full amount on January 5 and they are doing there own investigation and I also logged a formal complaint with The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. (I have digital evidence to back all this up)
Please avoid this company as the contstant chasing, the lies and raising disputes was very distressing and time consuming and I don't want others to have the same experience.
