I recently ordered auto parts from this online store “FixParts-ONLINE” and was completely satisfied. Delivery to Houston was carried out exactly on time, as promised. The parts arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged, and without any damage.
I appreciated the user-friendly website interface—it’s easy to find the necessary parts, and everything is clear and accessible. The prices were a pleasant surprise: lower than competitors, yet the quality is top-notch.

On July 20th 2024, I sent an email to fixparts-online.com to CONFIRM quote and shipment with estimated date of arrival. On July 22nd 2024 they confirmed the part was available to order. We made the purchase Online that same day and on July 24th 2024 they sent us an email saying that they had CANCELED the order due to the unavailability of the parts. Today is August 6th 2024 and my bank has not credited the $416.94 EUR that were charged to my credit card. This has caused a mess on my finances, not to mention time wasted on various emails with the vendor and calls to my bank. How can a company CONFIRM an order and then CANCEL it after payment? I just don't get these guys, I got wrong parts one on each of two orders and I have sent them numerous emails but they keep coming back and asking me for information that they already have, what is wrong with these folk!!! I have sent them photos on three different occasions but they still can't read the part number which is very clear
I ordered parts for my car from these company because they had the items in stock and promised a fast delivery time if you paid extra for the shipment which I did. Sadly the parts never arrived on time or as promised. I then had to chase them and wait 1 month to receive my parts. I then requested a refund for my shipment but instead I received a portion of the shipment and they kept the rest. When making the order it all looked like everything was paid for upfront, then to my surprise I also got £70 import tax to pay. All in all a very annoying and frustrating experience. Won’t be using them anytime soon if I can help it.

FRAUD!

I had a very positive experience
I had a very positive experience. Great communication with the suff. I order a rather expensive car part that they had to order for me. Then I needed to cancel the order after they already had ordered the part. They did cancel it and issued refund for me without any problems. Kudos for that.

I have ordered Mercedes 200c NOX sensor from Fixparts online on 5th of October 2022 for the price of 525.60 Euro total including post and package .
On the Website you will see the company is stablish in
Glasgow even when you call it is showing that you are talking to someone in Glasgow ,then you are thinking that you are dealing with UK company and they charge you post and package separate and you are thinking the payment is completed but the time of delivery which you have to wait long send another Invoice that you have to pay £102.60 for tools and tax , WHY ? Because the company is not in UK at all
it is in Latvia and you do not know if it is suitable for UK car or not and when I called them and ask why you did not mention when you are selling they just cut off the phone against you and if you want to return they are not accept it and ignore customer . What can you call this kind of False Company ??? Cheater or WHAT ?????

Would use again!
Product is exactly as described, very happy.
I dropped a star only because two weeks had passed since I placed order and the item hadn't shipped.
I emailed customer service and the next day I had a shipping notification.
Shipping was expensive, but very fast.
Overall I am happy and will buy from fixparts-online again.

Easy, but improvement areas are needed
The ordering process was easy and my 2 parts had to be special ordered so I understand that I would have to wait. My recommendations for improvement would be to send a follow up email to let customers know the progress of their order as well as the ability to see the lead time for parts before ordering.
