Always giving good, sound advice with our company best interests in mind. Best of all he makes himself available throughout the year to answer queries, resend links and generally be on the end of a phone - a rare quality in the insurance world !

Higos have been our broker for a number of years now. Recently their quote for a renewal was not competitive and I transferred my policy to another broker. Nevertheless Jade Basta continued to help me and supply me with information required by the new insurance company. We continue to use Higos as our broker for other matters but sadly on this occasion, felt we had to change.

I had to make a claim against someones public liability insurance and their insurance refused to pay out so I had to make a claim against the individual.
Tony Lewis one of the claims handlers helped me get the money from the person. When I say he helped me he did everything.
You only know how good an insurance company is when you need to make a claim. Higos were fantastic, I cant rate them high enough 1000 star rating

Our company case was handled by Stacey Rawles at their Bridgwater station. She was extremely professional, respectful and diligent in delivering her job. We were looking for one policy, but we were convinced beyond reasonable doubt to get additional policies for the utmost good of our start-up.
In addition, the staff are always happy and willing to assist with the minutest detail, making it easy to settle for the right decisions. I wish there could be more than five stars to give them.

The representative Julie Swinton, was above and beyond helpful in me renewing my already expired policy. My mother deals with my accounts and was sick and Julie was so kind, patient went above and beyond talking it over with her. It didn't feel like I was dealing with a big company, I wish there were more Julie Swinton's in customer service!
