When booking my 2nd monitor I was flying off on holiday for 3 weeks the day after so spoke to the Sales team who advised me to pay for the faster delivery only £7 more to get it the next morning which it did arrive on time. They use DHL which is more expensive but provide a much better service!

Good site for refurb deals
Having had a great experience with my Dell Ultrasharp HD display I wanted another, this time a Dell 4K monitor and spent a long time researching before almost buying one from a different site. Whilst searching I was recommended an Alienware screen almost at the last moment, and after reading reviews chose this, and again searched the net for the best price. I'd never heard of ITC Sales before, but the price was really good, so much better than full list price, that it was an official refurb gave me piece of mind.
Ordered it Friday morning, received it the next day via DPD, which was great, everything in the box looked perfect, and the screen too is excellent. The stand had a minor sign of previous use, but it's negligible.
If I had one quibble it was that the website listing text showed a QHD resolution against the headline 4K title, so glad it was the 4K screen I wanted. Would be happy to buy from here again.
