Strongly recommend Lightnet as their level of customer service is exceptional. I had switched from Lightnet to Eir based on better speeds and prices that were offered. However, their customer service is shocking. I have since switched back to Lightnet as they really value their customers and are great to deal with.

We have has the service for over 2 years now and it has been very reliable with little or no latency. Additionally, the cost has not increased (unlike many other providers who annually hike their prices) in the period. We have recommended to local friends

Solved so updated based on my 5 year experience with them
I am 5 years with them and never got anything at all towards router I had to buy everything now I got fibre broadband and the never informed me with the right router I can have 1 G as a speed there router is only providing barely 200 MB and now they telling me I cannot quit because they installed it they did nothing NBI installed and when asked the technician about the speed he said I have to talk to Lightnet!!!! I Write now were ever I can reviews that other people are not getting fouls Sky offer new gear and 1000 mb for 40 euro a month and not 200 old gear and 55 euros!!!!!!!!!
It was solved and based on my past experience I have changed my rating before this they were excellent and reliable thanks

Charge you whether your WiFi works or not.
I am a lighnet customer for yrs, but lately my WiFi lost signal, was on a Friday and Bank Holiday weekend,So said it would be Tuesday before an engineer would be out, End result was Tues week before my WiFi was back up on 12 days later because their was a break somewhere along the line down the road, And they said they will still be charging me the full amount when payment is due, I received an email today to tell me the verdict. Not good enough and not happy with that.

Good Service in my area
I did have a query outstanding with Lightnet but in fairness it has since been resolved and I am happy with the response. I cannot fault them on any other issue and would be happy to recommend them in my locality as we get good service provision from them.

I've been with lighnet for ages now and never had a problem however one day last week the internet just wouldn't work correctly so I rang them that afternoon it was fixed asap! Great service! Friendly company would recommend!
