They took my money, and a month and a half later, they still haven’t removed my debt from my credit report. I never received a letter as per their policy—all I got was email that say account is at zero. I sent them an email, but they still haven't fixed it

"On top of everything, they applied a default and accepted an extremely high settlement. God bless, but now I will sue them for £10,000 in Credit Score and Financial damages. If I don’t see a change on my file within five days, I will take legal action. There is no company like this in the entire United Kingdom

Link Financial Outsourcing are an absolute joke of a company. They have wrong details for me, have not responded to my endless requests for proof and documentation of the debt I allegedly owe and have failed to reply to my correspondence. Now they have referred me to the worst home collection service ever RESOLVE CALL who repeatedly act in breach of GDPR. Bring it on. Come visit. You will NOT get a warm welcome especially from me!!
Please share your horrendous stories of this despicable company. I’ve contacted the FCA about their conduct.

Yet again I am having problems with Link. Sent email and THREE letters (all arrived on same day, all saying the same thing) accusing me of not paying my due amount for the month. I emailed saying that I paid on 6th March and can send proof by sending my bank statement clearly showing the transaction. No reply.
Last year had same problems with them to thepoint that they were constantly sending threatening emails and texts saying they were going to take me to court.
Was a stressful experience until they finally admitted it was their mistake and I had paid. And now it starts again!!
Unprofessional company who will not believe you and will threaten you . Am fuming!!!

Asked for proof of the charge on an old property they are trying to claim for .....I know they didn't add a charge because my mortgage lender confirmed with me there was charge linked to link ....the debt is over 20 years old ,they are asking for money I legally don't owe

Trying to chase me for a statute barred debt (5 years in Scotland)

Now threatening a home visit, which is unacceptable. Complaint submitted.

Will be complaining to FCA. Terrible company with terrible ethics and unhelpful website, that puts an obstacle in your way deliberately as never recognised my details despite being same in their bloody email/letter.

Lovely lady explanied I didn’t receive email she sorting this out quickly and we set up direct direct the lady went through everything with me and made sure I understood and was extremely helpful 10/10 experience we need more people like her :)
