Mammoth is not able to track international shipments. Redur is used within Spain/Portugal.
Once it leaves REDUR in Barcelona shipment seems no longer traceable. I have been asking for phone numbers of local carriers but they have no insight. 9k€ bike is somewhere in transit ... nobody can tell a delivery date.

Very simple purchase process and the product met its description. Nothing to complain except delivery time, paid for the order 01. November, delivered from Spain to Estonia on 11. November.
Maybe I'm spoiled but some merchants in Spain can deliver in two days. So, it can be done.
Even it was a discontinued part stock availability was correct and delivery performance was good
VAT is missing on the bill - which is o.k. for the small value - for larger orders I would expect hustle with the local custom.
Part is good - no scratches on the painted surface - all assembly parts included in the package - working performance perfect. Small drawback - in the shop there was no comment that it's a used part - surface showed that is was assembled to a bike and used for a round on the car park
There were no problems with my order, it arrived on time in fine condition and I was notified by e-mail as relevant. Processing and shipping does take longer than in many other webshops but the expected delivery date was clearly indicated before purchase and the order arrived one day earlier. One small detail: it would be nice if the entire expected delivery interval (and not only its start date) were indicated right from the beginning.

The courier company Mammoth uses for Portugal deliveries, SEUR, never delivers the products on the dates the Mammoth order specifies. Its always 3-4 days later

No infos on the products they‘re selling
Asked the support for handlebar and stem sizes. They answered ( after 2+ weeks) that they don’t have the information from the manufacturer. How are you supposed to know if the 5000 Euro bike fits you?

Slow shipping and bad service
I placed an order on August 29th, with an estimated delivery date of 9 September. This is already quite long compared to other sites, but the price was good and they seemed legitimate.
It took them until the 4th of September to send the bike and it has subsequently been stuck somewhere in customs with zero progress since September 6th. In fact, I am not even sure in which country the bike is.
I was subsequently told that the estimated delivery dates on the site are actually more like the estimated date when the order will be dispatched. So basically false info on the order.
They use a terrible courier called Seur to ship to Switzerland.
Now, 18 days after placing my order, I am no closer to knowing if or when the bike will arrive.
They are quick to reply on the chat on their site, but shun responsibility and do not provide any useful input.
They have no telephone number listed, which is poor too.
Customer support needs to improve and their logistics are horrible.

bad experience :(
Estimated delivery was on August 7th - it was supposed to be a bday present, didn't arrive yet (September 2nd). The package returned to the shop two weeks ago (probably due to a carrier failure), but has remained there ever since! I am still waiting for them to resend it. The customer service claims that "it doesn't depend on them but their logistic department"..facepalm

Where is the in-store stock?
The Mammoth website does nothing to actually show possible stock in an individual store. Each time I go into the store in Terrassa, I am immediately disappointed in the lack of variety. For example, the website has a plethora of flat MTB shoes from FiveTen and all the big names. I go into the Terrassa shop, there was one shoe. Don't get me started on saddles. There were several saddles from different brands represented on the website, but when I went to the shop, they only had four models, all from Specialized. My overall impression of the shop itself was sad, empty rundown and depressing. I am giving two stars instead of one because it is a bike shop and the worst bike shop is better than a trip to the dentist.

Quality tools, good service
Tools were as I expected, nice quality and reasonable price from Mammoth. Only small downside was delivery was a little slower than I expected, but I'm very happy with my purchase!
