I was having trouble with the User manual for my Mira Minilite mixer shower. My shower didn't look like the one in the guide I downloaded from Mira. I contacted them using the support phone number (nb take the option to purchase a shower.... but these guys are not just sales...). I was advised to open a Case, upload photos of my shower, and then phone them back. When I did (5 minutes later), they identified my older model and emailed me the correct manual within minutes. Fantastic.
Courtney was my Mira engineer. All I can say ishe was professional on advising maintenance of the shower. How to treat the shower with care. Courteous and very knowledgeable as to what the fault was. My experience was first class as to many other companies when dealing with a product under warranty. I fully recommend Mira as a company, and I am now a very happy customer. Thank you for saving the day.
A great British company with a carefully engineered product and well-trained and positive employees. That’s why I replaced my 23 year old Mira shower with another Mira shower.
However, my initial contact call was marred by an unacceptably high level of background noise in the sales office. This made the call both embarrassing (for your employee) and distracting for me. Almost terminated the call but glad I didn’t as things improved markedly from then on.
Having made the leap to a digital shower from MIRA. The product is nicely made and has great features, however I have had technical issues. The reason for the high score is that whilst issues have occurred, response has been faultless both over the ohone and the engineers.

Disgusting.. shower wasn't working.. had an engineer come round .. after a pound deposit incase no one was in there'd be a charge... yeah... or if u changed anything in the shower..which voids your warranty which they didn't say on the phone.. they just said it needs a new part and if we can or can't fit it it should fix the problem.. then said its free for someone to come out... a week later
... came out to said its not done by their standard... and went... and then the money went to... 80 quid to their account... and the money I paid for the shower... and never used ! Because ... eh... waste of space this company! No morals .. no empathy no idea of anything other than making money and scamming people. I despise mira !

Purchased a Mira opero a few years ago and had the engineer out 4 times so far, keep getting the same part failing, the part in question is the 'padels' built in to the shower, these are used for the buttons to operate on and off, when they fail you are unable to turn the shower off and you have to shut the water off. I think anyone with these issues should get an extended warranty as I don't want to pay £150 everytime these paddles fail

Had a mira shower but stopped working after two years and being the numpty I am forgot to register it so no valid guarantee. Replaced the shower with another mira shower as I think it’s the best one I’ve had
