As always when phoning you, the person answering was friendly and very helpful. He was instantly able to answer a number of queries, which reinforced my decision to buy, and the delivery was the next day. Great!!
The usual very high standard of service, and the excellent quality of the product makes me come time and again.
The delivery was excellent as was the technical follow-up.
The PC did boot up ok but very slow and required some alterations to the Bios. I have some experience of this many years ago but needed their help and advice. A couple of false starts and now all working really well. Very pleased with their prompt and positive support.
Very helpful technician explaining what was available in my package and what to be aware of. As it was a Saturday I was made aware that the article would not be dispatched before the following Monday. GPO's inability to deliver for a whole week was not the fault of Morgan Computers.
Even over the Christmas/New Year postal delays, the cartridges came sooner than predicted. As an aside, I never let Epson update my firmware. The printer tells me I am using non-Epson inks but I just enter "continue" and the IJT inks work perfectly.

Downside - you sent me the wrong computer! I ordered a tower system - you sent me an ultra-small form factor one that bears NO relation to what I paid for. And wouldn't let me send the thing back without me having to hand it to the courier in person (causing me to lose a days wages.)
Upside - the PC you DID send after that is pretty good - actually better than I ordered, 8-core not 4-core.

I've been buying from Morgan for years and they are always my first port of call if I need a new machine. I currently have two workstations and a pair of laptops - all from Morgan. I bought the latest laptop when my Windows 10 laptop started slowing down. The replacement Windows 11 laptop is perfect and the old laptop is now a Linux machine. Great prices and great service.

An unfortunate despatch of a similar but incorrect item was rectified without delay or demur by the friendly support team, and the correct item arrived the day after my email (querying the item) was received by the very efficient team at Morgan Computers. I should add that I have bought computers, laptops, and other tech equipment for many many years from Morgan's and this is the first time I have experienced any sort of glitch; good to report the support team acted very quickly to put things right. No complaints.

So these are the 3rd and 4th laptops I have purchased. I have not bought anything else.
I have been very happy with the first 2. The 3rd has a little bit of paint peeling on the power button and mouse buttons, so I do not think they are A1 as advertised. The 4th was fine.
Plus - they do not respond to email.
