I very rarely leave reviews on Trustpilot but as I believe in giving credit where it's due I feel compelled to write here today. I telephoned Mr Flag to ask about a coffin drape. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and empathic and helped me to understand the options of what I could order. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that I could have any design I wanted and so placed an order. Later that day I changed my mind about the design and called back. I was a little worried that it might be too late to change a personalised order, but the gentleman was very understanding and not only accepted the new design but made a couple of suggestions that improved it. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. At such a difficult time in my life, it was reassuring to speak to someone with his patience. The drape was delivered to me very quickly and used in the funeral. It made the coffin look elegant and gave some comfort during the funeral, not only to myself but to other family members too. Thank you Mr Flag. I hope that I won't need another funeral drape anytime soon, but if anybody else does, I would highly recommend you to them.

I ordered a coffin drape from Mr Flag for my Grandfathers funeral & so many people who attended commented positively on it saying how fitting it was rather than flowers for him.
