Fantastic experience working with the team at Neptune Bristol - Tahirah, Neil and Arron. We are delighted with our new kitchen, and the entire end to end experience from initial designs through to installation have been second to none. Tahirah is an amazing designer, who listened to our needs and translated that into a beautiful space. Neil (the project manager) has made the process smooth, and his attention to detail was impressive! Arron was brilliant in installing the kitchen - tidy, efficient, polite - a pleasure to have in our home.
All in all Neptune have outdone themselves. Thank you!

From our first visit to the sign off Neptune, and for us that was the designer Tahirah, Neil and Toby the installer were professional, knowledgable friendly and reassuring and thorough. Our new utility room is such a joy. All our prerequisites were met but it exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend Neptune.

I expected Neptune kitchen would look great. But what impressed me most was their services and technical support throughout the whole kitchen project. I changed my mind so many times on every details. Tahirah from Bristol shop was incredibly patience and thoughtful in every design details making sure to fulfil my needs in every functional and aesthetics aspect within my budget. Neil and Arron from installation team was thorough, considerate and experienced from first survey visit, final installation to waste collection. I did not buy worktop, sink, tap, electronical appliances and handles from Neptune, they don't have any reservation at all and even went extra miles to make sure the installation went seamlessly. I cannot recommend the Neptune team enough. They were responsive and gave you good and timely advices. While at the same time, they gave you enough time and space for you to make decision comfortably. I enjoyed my new kitchen more than I imagined.
From the moment entering the store the stores ambiance felt like home. A warm glow of comfort love and care. That is what home is to me.
I was immediately greeted by the smiles of Luisa and Bobby. Who represented the company with delight and with respect and great customer care. No pushiness here. The greeting was sincere and comfortable. I loved these young women’s care. A great representative of your company. They must be rewarded for their sincerity and a job well done.

I have loved Neptune for years. Not any more!
I have loved Neptune for years. greatly looked forward to buying my new home and shopping at Neptune. having spent several thousand pounds doing just that I remain hugely disappointed.
the staff at store although polite on the surface quickly became arrogant and superior. the service appalling. the wait for goods ridiculous. Correspondence from the store insulting and reflective of staffs poor attitude and superior status. are they spending thousands in store? I think not. Overall I will not be recommending Neptune to friends and family. I would not recommend the store at all

From the initial design consultation, to the presentation and now end result we have always received faultless customer service from Rachel, Luisa and Harriet. Excellent service and products. The items arrived promptly and we received a call 30 minutes beforehand on the day of delivery. Very polite men assembled the dining table and removed all the packaging.
The only concern was that the brochure price of the products we purchased had significantly increased the week beforehand and the manager was unable to offer the listed price!
