I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a ten-day Caribbean cruise aboard the Resilient Lady, booked through Not Just Travel with Shani Payne, and it was truly an unforgettable experience
From the moment we stepped on board,and entered our Sea Terrace cabin we were greeted with outstanding service that set the tone for our journey. The crew was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making us feel welcome and valued throughout the trip
One of the highlights of our cruise was undoubtedly the food. The variety of restaurants available was impressive, each offering a unique culinary experience. From exquisite fine dining to casual bites, every meal was a delight. The standout for me was the exquisite Italian restaurant, where the fresh pasta was simply divine. The range of options allowed us to explore different cuisines every evening, making dining an adventure in itself
The entertainment on board was equally brilliant. Each night featured a diverse lineup of shows and performances that kept us engaged and entertained. From vibrant musical productions to intimate live music sessions, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The onboard activities were thoughtfully curated, ensuring that our days were filled with fun and excitement
Overall, the ten-day Caribbean cruise on the Resilient Lady was an outstanding experience. The combination of amazing food, exceptional service, and captivating entertainment made for a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious vacation at sea

Pete & Laurelle Colvin from Not Just Travel helped us book a trip to Lapland.

We spent a week in Levi, did a few days of skiing, a husky ride and a Santa’s village visit which were all great!

Both Pete and Laurelle were so helpful and made the process really easy, offering us great options to choose from.

They were always quick to respond to emails and WhatsApp messages and took really good care of us.

We will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Gemma made the process of booking our cruise very easy. Her knowledge meant she was able to answer all my questions, and she kindly gave us a little treat in our room on arrival. She was available at all times, and promptly responded to any queries, reassurring me when I was having anxiety over the flights associated with the cruise. A great experience and I will not hesitate to use her for any future bookings.

Rachel Tredwell at Tredwell Travel listened to our list of things we wanted to do in Kerala and put together the most fantastic itinerary, within budget and it suited us perfectly. We asked for a mixture of quirky (Abode Mumbai, Mudhouse, Marayour) and comfortable, higher end places (Malabar House, Spice Village, Marari Beach Resort), as well as the gorgeous Spice Coast Cruises experience. Every person we met was charming and super helpful, and Rachel even booked our airport parking. We also loved having our flights checked in for us. We were even given a local mobile phone to use in case we needed it. The whole trip was not only fabulous but it really answered the brief of what we asked for and we felt Rachel totally listened to us. Additionally, the sustainable/eco responsibility of the places we stayed in was great. Thank you

Stuart Martin handled the booking of my flights and accommodation to Puerto Rico very efficiently indeed, he also eased my worries concerning the airline company (Iberia) having traveled with them himself recently. Everything went very smoothly and knowing that there was someone available to chat to, should I have any problems, was most reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and I won't hesitate using their services again.

Rachel Tredwell and her team we brilliant from start to finish. Suggest 2 amazing destinations. Made the booking super simple, including the small specifics like extra leg room on the plane. The concierge team made checking in and travel seamless. I would never have found or considered the resorts for this destination and it over delivered in everyway.

The clue is in the name, Lizzie and Liam are the complete package and user friendly with it. Just back from a South Africa trip with multiple pre-booked excursions all delivered on time without any hassle, brilliant, again.

This is the 3rd time we’ve dealt with Raakhee Morrison. She’s a total pleasure to work with, friendly, professional, her attention to detail is refreshing, reassuring and appreciated. She willingly goes the extra mile, has great communication skills, always quick to respond and follows through on her promises. Our itinerary to Tanzania she organised in June 2025 is perfect, I know my 82 year young mum and I are safe in her hands from now until we return home safely, we can’t wait to experience a holiday of a lifetime.

We had an amazing experience booking a holiday of a lifetime through Pete & Laurelle Colvin from Not Just Travel. As I approached a big mile stone birthday I knew I wanted to do something special with the family - however did not really have a plan or fixed destinations just a few ideas of 'things' we wanted to do! Pete was brilliant about creating a number of itineraries and styles of holiday's that we eventually whittled down to an amazing family holiday (with all the amenities we needed!) in the Maldives at a really competitive price. their communication from start to finish was spot on (as was their patience!) and the booking came with some lovely surprises also. fantastic all around! thanks you

New York, New York …. I can see why they name it twice !! The flights were brilliant
and your seating choice for us was perfect. The hotel could not have been better placed.
We were so close to Times Square, Fifth Avenue and Broadway and the views of the
Empire State Building from our bedroom window and the top floor lounge bar was breathtaking.

The hotel was friendly and clean and had a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and then
the Lounge Bar on the top floor also served food and drinks. The only thing to be aware of is that
breakfast isn’t served until 9am and as we were wide awake early from being on UK time we ate out
at local bakeries …. which were fabulous and only a block away.

If we ever return to New York we would stay there and some family came to join us from State College
and they were so impressed they said they would stay there again too!

Your attention to detail, sending our boarding passes, the welcome note on arrival and the welcome home card
on our return are great touches. Its so nice to know you are thinking about us!!

Thanks once again and we look forward to the next adventure you will create for us

Pete & Laurelle Colvin from Not Just Travel arranged my family's holiday to Sweden to visit the Ice Hotel which had long been on my bucket list. We flew via Stockholm to Kiruna. The hotel and experience lived up to all expectations. Not Just Travel organised our dog sleigh ride where half way we stopped to drink hot chocolate and coffee made on the fire we had lit in the middle of the tent. They also arranged snowmobiling which was an amazing adventure. They were super helpful in making dinner and lunch reservations too. Our favourite restaurant was Homestead where alongside the traditional Reindeer you could also secure a wood fired pizza or burger! Ovttas was a beautiful authentic wood built hut with a roaring fire. You could tie in a visit to the reindeer museum at the same time. A stay in an ice room is a must. Don't be put off by being cold. You are fully briefed and provided with thermal sleeping bags. We then stayed in warm rooms for two nights which are basic but lovely. My top tip is to pack hand and feet warmers and everything you would take for a skiing holiday. Temperatures dropped to -29 whilst we were there so layers are key but the hotel provide thermal boiler suits to wear over your own ski wear plus snow boots, thick mittens and balaclavas. It was such a fantastic holiday. My children were 15, 18 and 20 at the time of travel. The 20 year old declared it as one of her best holidays ever!

We have just returned from a holiday in Thailand, first timers. I contacted Diane and Caroline at Wild About Holidays, back last year to enquire about a holiday in Thailand, going to Bankock and at Khao Lak. They sourced everything for us at break neck speed and gave us lots of options. I gave them our preferences and they took this all into account.
I have to say the whole process was made easy by Diane and Caroline, all I had to do was make decisions.
Both Hotels were wonderful, the Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok and the La Flora Hotel and Spa in Khao Lak. All transfers were made easy.
I will definitely be using Diane and Caroline at Wild about Holidays again.

I used Amy from not just travel to sort a hotel in Portugal for a weekend away with a few of my friends. Trying to organise it all was a real pain, but after contacting Amy she got us exactly the hotel we wanted at the right price and made the whole process easy. Even working over the weekend to get it sorted. I would highly recommend taking the stress out of you next trip as the cost was the same as me booking direct.

I phoned Sarah Gardner and gave a rough idea of a trip to Paris I had in mind and the deal she put together for us was just amazing getting to experience the busy city and staying in a quieter area - stress free from start to finish. Sarah is always on hand to check anything over with and we had a lovely little surprise when we arrived at the hotel.
Sarah has already organised our next trip to Orlando and Miami!
