Elliott was amazing! I cannot praise him enough. From my first enquiry it took less than 48 hours for him to come back to me with various proposals for our dream 3 destination holiday, all of which were carefully thought out to meet our needs. We’ve just come back from our honeymoon in Thailand, which was brilliantly organised by Rachel Tredwell, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. We've recently returned from a P&Qcruise, after taking advice from zoe harmer and letting her book it for me, I have to say, best holiday yet. 2 adults, a child and a grandma, something for all.
Zoe took away any stress or worry I had about going on a cruise, booking online baffles me with so much choice, using her as my agent meant I could ask advice about a drinks package, did I need towels, was it really dressy, where would our cabins be etc all little niggles.
I could've probably found this out myself eventually but with a quick text to zoe, it was all answered swiftly and professionally.
AND I didn't pay zoe a fee, I paid no more than I would've done online, tour operators pay any fee. Win, win in my opinion.
I will definitely use zoe again and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends. and family.

Donna Cody from Not Just Travel made a real difference to how we will in future manage all of our holidays overseas. Donna saved us a huge amount of research time and effort as we advised her of our holiday likes and dislikes. Donna choose the perfect hotel for us in a location perfect for us. The fact is that Donna’s network and experience is much greater than we don’t have. She even followed up with us about building work that was taking place at the hotel and if we needed her help, we assured her that it was not a problem and did not interfere with us. Ligia helped me plan and book my travels through South America. Right from the first call she was engaged and seemed as excited as me to be planning the trip. I gave her some ideas of what I wanted to cover and she came back with recommendations and suggestions that ticked all the boxes. She was eternally patient as we refined the itinerary and got the timing and pricing right. Her tips meant I managed to get more in than I'd hoped for the time and price. The service didn't stop when the trip was booked. Ligia helped me out while I was away - sorting a hotel booking that had got lost and helping me look into changing the route and dates mid trip. As it was such a long trip, she also occaisinally checked in to make sure everything was going to plan. I highly recommend using Ligia to plan your trip. It took a lot of the hassle out of the whole thing and made it all the more enjoyable.

Having been on so many holidays with Sejal over the years, I knew she would instinctively know exactly what I was looking for in a family trip to Luxor, Egypt. I'm a seasoned traveller but I have never used a travel consultant before and Theresa Kelly (Theresa at Not Just Travel Wanderlust) was my first. She was professional at all times. She totally exceeded my expectation. She conducted all the research for my trip after listening to my requirements and looked after me so much leading up to, during and even after the trip - I was totally blown away with the care and attention to detail. Magical Norway for New Year’s Eve, with its mystical snow, sledging, adorable reindeers, husky sledging (and a cuddle with the puppies). New years we had a four course gala dinner and then outside for fireworks….but the night was made by the sight of the aurora. I thought I had seen everything I dreamt off and then in a hot tub, at the side of a fjord in the snow for yet again another sighting of the aurora.
Alison booked everything, sorted everything and went the extra mile to make this the best break ever. Dreams made true!! Thank-you!!

Our 4 days in Prague were great. Everything went smoothly and Lewis couldn't have been more helpful. Our hotel, the Botanique, did not have the most attractive surroundings but made up for it once we were inside. It's location was excellent-within walking distance of the centre and the bus, metro and tram stops were nearby (our group included someone with walking difficulties). We couldn't fault the hotel and the staff went out of their way to go the extra mile. The hotel catered very well for those with dietary requirements and we all appreciated the complimentary gluwein on Friday and Saturday night and the fizz for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. All in all an excellent city break.. Prague is well worth a visit.

We booked with NILI for the first time upon recommendation. I am so glad we did. We had the most wonderful holiday in the Maldives. NILI provided us with really sound advice. I have just had a fantastic experience booking our city trip with Not Just Travel, more specifically Sarah Gardner. She managed absolutely everything for us, from airport parking, airport hotel the night before right through to finding us fantastic family accommodation in the perfect spot. She even booked us on the flight so all we needed to do was to turn up!
