Customer service is second to none. Delivery of my order was very fast, but I had made a mistake with ordering a larger awning than I could manage. The team promptly dealt with my concerns and there was no quibble regarding return and exchange. Staff were unfailingly helpful, making the process very easy.
This was my first purchase from Outdoor World; it had been some time since we last bought a tent, and we were disappointed when our twelve-year-old tent was destroyed by strong winds last year. Therefore, it was time to purchase a replacement. We selected Outdoor World, which proved to be the correct choice. Their communication was excellent, and the tent arrived quickly and securely—meaning the product was not simply left outside. I had some initial questions as the item arrived in two parts, but Outdoor World's response quickly alleviated my concerns.
Thank you, and I hope we can do business again in the future. However, I trust this tent will provide long-lasting service, similar to the previous one, so I don't anticipate needing a replacement soon.

We went to go and look at a tent which we had seen on the website. We were greeted by very helpful staff and ended up buying the tent and and a self inflating mattress which we looked at as well.
Would highly recommend if your in the area needing camping equipment, we will go back for other equipment again.

Quick and efficient service though I wasn’t happy with the fact there was a £40 delivery fee to Northern Ireland. I felt this was an excessive amount.

The product is exactly as it should be. You need to look at THE COURIERS you use to deliver things. In this case it was DPD. I was horrified when I opened it. Their idea of recycling waste that is not recyclable appears to be, to send it to your customers as packaging. My product arrived in a battered box, from a different product, twice the necessary size and filled the empty space with loads of re used DIRTY plastics; bubble wrap, clingfilm, clear plastic sheeting, covered in who knows what!!
The product made entirely from a very hard plastic, in no danger of being damaged in transit HAD NO NEED FOR ALL THIS RUBBISH.
It took me nearly an hour to get this rubbish out of my kitchen, it was far too much to fit into my domestic waste bin. It required a trip to the tip. Completely defeating the object of paying you £9 for next day delivery. I am disgusted. I think you should refund the delivery charge to me and charge it to DPD instead. Yes I do have a photo of it if you have a facility for me to upload it.

The item you have ordered is fragile and susceptible to damage in transit,
Therefore, the team has probably used as much recycled plastic to secure it as they can.

The young lady and gentlemen was really helpful. We wanted a drive away awning and they were a very accommodating they put up the awning for us to see. We didn’t like that one. They was very helpful and knowledgeable and we went away with an awning which is perfect for us.
