Order two items that took forever to arrive. They look nothing like the photos on website and are just cheap imitations of what they advertise. Now I have contacted them 4 times asking how to return and they are not responding. Their website says use return slip provided in package, they never put one in with my order which rather well for them. Contacting my cc company. Don't order scam company with cheap products.
The quality of the sweaters is very good.
I don't know what the cleaners will do with the pearls, but the sweaters are wonderful.
The sweater is great and very stylish. I need a different undershirt option though.
I love the two sweaters I got! They are exactly as pictured and are wonderfully soft and cozy. Shipping took a little while, but not too bad. Worth the wait!

I ordered three sweaters from this company From the images on the website they all should have been similar in weight and drape Sweater 1 - Was NOT A SWEATER It was a long sleeve jersey tee with a vaguely sweater-like pattern printed on it It is truly hideous Sweater 2 - The weave is super dense so it is stiff and the feel of the material is very unappealing The weave makes the fit nothing like the advertised item Sweater 3 - This one was similar to the ad but is so short it is practically a crop In fact all three were too short for me to wear under any circumstance I read their return policy before ordering It stated that returns are accepted of unworn items with attached tags within 30 days and people must reach out to their customer service for return approval and address I immediately reached out for return info My total purchase was approximately 130 Panrila customer service help me with return

I ordered some clothing from this company in December and just received it on 1/27/25. When it arrived an item I ordered was missing. Same as others, I got no notification about when I could expect my items and then nearly a month later, my package arrived minus one item. I have e-mailed them and they have yet to respond. Can I get a refund? I have no clue. I feel like I am dealing with Temu. It seems very shady.

They say on their website that they have easy returns. I have been asking for MONTHS now on how to return my purchase that I think is just a bunch of cheaply made clothing, and they have been offering me a fraction of the cost that I paid to keep the clothing. No. I don't want it, I won't wear it, and I WANT TO RETURN. This is a SCAM!!!!

Sweater purchased were poor quality and not at all what picture looks like. When I tried to return (~$110 purchase) they said they would reimburse me $16 to keep them. I have pushed back multiple times but the cost to reship to China would be too much. DO NOT BUY

Stay away!! I placed an order on December 29th and never got it. My credit card was charged $152.07, I never got a tracking number nor any kind of email to confirm my order was processed or shipped. Very disappointed.
