Excellent price, good communication with PenStore service provider. Too bad thet I can't order all the Sennelier products I found at the pontodasartes.com page in Portugal at PenStore. Strange that the products from Pontodasartes in Portugal sent with Postnord arrived 3 days earlier than the PenSTore products sent with DB Schenker within Sweden, all ordered at the same time. Very expensive for one item. The picture when I ordered gave the impression that I was ordering 4 ones. I should have checked it closer so it's my own fault. Still expensive.
Excellent selection, always delivered in good time. If I have to complain about one thing it would be the cart autosaving being a bit hit or miss. If I close the page and reopen it, sometimes it will remember what I had in cart and sometimes it won't.
Items are a bit pricey but the quality is awesome. Shopping in the website is easy and delivery is fast and without hassle. Unlike other vendors, delivery is truly free over certain shopping limit and to your door without delaying the delivery time. I highly recommend them.

I ordered this 2 weeks ago and still don’t know where the package is. I’m leaving town Monday for 2 weeks so I assume it will just have to be sent back.

Great shop, but they did not send me any message or email when my product arrived to be picked up at the store.
I have buy several times from them and this has happened every time, I end up just calling the store to ask after some days.

Customer service on the phone was great. They had a wide range of stock, and delivered right to my door within 2 days.
