Rendered our whole bungalow April 2022, did during the snow much to my surprise.
September 22, still chasing for guarantee, sends a warranty for materials only.
Cracks all around the front door and we can't put our new wall lights on as every ripple shows.
His perception is we're harrasing him by asking for guarantee and poor works to be put right. Last email was threatening.
Guess we'll be seeing him in court.

Very poor job of external wall…
Very poor job of external wall insulation and internal plastering. Mark Tracey is not a nice man and poor workmanship throughout. Cracked ewi, crooked reveals, poor plastering, watering down materials. Don’t use this company.
