Mirko is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He stocked a perfume which was extremely difficult to get hold of. I had many queries which he responded to immediately and as I live in the UK, I was worried I would not receive the parcel in time for Christmas. The delivery took 2-3 days to arrive to the UK which was amazing! He also included a number of samples for me to try. I had a question about a product so I emailed customer service and to my surprise the owner messaged me back! The owner Mirko cares so mucb about his company he handles the customer service. I placed my order so easily, my products arrived so quickly in such secure condition, and he included so many samples I couldn't believe it. The perfume was authentic and fresh. And now PM Profumeria has become one of my favorite perfumeries.
