I had tried setting up an account on line, but for some reason, despite filling in all the relevant bits, the password/email I set up, which the site accepted, didn't work when I tried to re log in.
So I called the help desk, no long wait to speak to someone, explained the issue and without further ado and no stress it was sorted out by a very helpful, concise chap called Kyle. He stayed on the line whilst I changed my password & whilst I logged into both Prem 1&2 channels to make sure it was ok.
Kyle gets a big 10/10 for me. Great service.

Was a previous customer but needed to update my card details via phone call, as app gave an error code! The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful & went through all the relevant stages, to get my account back up & running! Rugby & NHL on a 12 month contract for a very reasonable price, can’t complain at all!

Tia your call handler was amazing! Friendly and informative and sorted my log in issue immediately. I’m Tech-phobic so she as the perfect person to sort it. Give her a raise! Or a promotion! IMMEDIATELY!

5* Kyle sorts out my subscription

Sorry your card has expired!

Purchased a monthly subscription to…

Purchased a monthly subscription to watch the cup final celtic v rangers. £15.99. I cancelled it a few days later but was then charged again today. I phoned up to be told that I had to cancel within 24 hours after subscribing. No other company does this. Amazon, Netflix etc. You can cancel anytime before the month is up. Absolute daylight robbery. Steer well clear of this joke company

Very poor streaming even with very fast broadband.

Watching Champions Cup rugby from France , picture pixelating , stuttering very poor quality.

Most times streaming takes 2 or 3 goes to get it going even with my virgin media 1GB download speeds , the channel is a joke!? As soon as European rugby ends I will be cancelling my subscription.

Unreliable and they knew that in advance

Well that’s the last 10 minutes of a the first half with no feed. And when you do come back they make the point that it is everyone else’s fault.

So my perspective. If you want to pay a company to watch your team and then have the people who took your money not delivering or accepting responsibility for their failure to deliver this is the company to use.

They did mention that this has happened before at the same ground and while that is something they should take up with the people they pay, it does mean I was sold a product they knew was unreliable and couldn’t guarantee to be delivered.

But hey, modern world. The company that takes your money should never be held accountable for failing to deliver. They should just blame others.

Shame

Shame , deceit, rogues, shenanigans. Bad experience in just 3 days of subscribing. They won’t refund my money after just 3 days they failed to provide services 2 different customer representatives assured they would be providing.

Jokers and ridiculous.

Truly awful

Truly awful. Signed up to watch European Rugby, only watched half the game as the picture was so bad. Called to complain and ask for money back, advised I must email, which resulted in an email stating it must be my internet service and no refund would be given as I watched the game! They failed to respond to three emails since for three weeks. Feeling robbed. £15 to watch half a game of rugby with buffering and poor picture quality, commentary also very amateur. Worth noting that we ran internet speed tests at the time with no issues, and all other streaming services work perfectly on our BT fibre. TNT need to get coverage back asap. Avoid!

Commentators are awful

I’m watching Wolves v Man U.
Who are these commentators?
They just waffle on. No insights. Rarely name the players involved in the play.
Maybe Premier might consider just showing the games without commentators, if they can’t get proper ones.
