Fast shipping but packaging could be better. An extra protective box would be nice for sensitive goods like monitors. Mine came in good condition, though there were some holes in the box.

Great electronics shop, with free shipping to Finland. Here, I frequently find the best deals, much better than elsewhere. Also, I had to return an expensive item once, which had shipping damage. It was replaced with a new one, after very smooth communication, so they have your back.

Proshop is now my trusted store because the prices are very competitive and deliveries are always very fast. Great electronics shop

Great electronics shop, with free shipping to Finland. Here, I frequently find the best deals, much better than elsewhere. Also, I had to return an expensive item once, which had shipping damage. It was replaced with a new one, after very smooth communication, so they have your back.

Excellent PC build

Payment and communication went very smooth, the hardware configuration I ordered came correctly assembled, well packaged and in good time, everything seems functioning so far. Would buy again.

Proshop is my trusted store …

Proshop is now my trusted store because the prices are very competitive and deliveries are always very fast. The stock status has always been up-to-date, and after numerous orders, I haven't had a single problem over the years. Nowadays, the first thing I do is check Proshop's site for the products I need. Please don't trust this website

Please don't trust this website, I ordered tow items, before I purchased I cheked delivery time, which clearly mentioned it's 2-3 days, after 4 days of ordering my items I decided to track my parcel, and I realized that I will get my order after 19 days !!!!! 19 days only for delivery time?!!!! It was soooo disappointing, I ask them for refund but I even douted to get my money back .
It was my first time purchasing from Proshop and definitely last time.

thank you for the review.

Could it be that you have misunderstood the information on our page? We have not had the item in stock since September. We tell how many items we have in stock if the we have it and the delivery time is 2-5 days. We are expecting to get the product in stock 4.12. and that you can also see on the product page. You have also got an order information to your email right after ordering that tells the estimated delivery time.
it is not in anyone's interest for us to deliberately provide incorrect information on our website, but of course delays might occur sometimes. And of course you will get your money back, that happens automatically when order is canceled. You can also cancel your order yourself on the customer account.

I hope this clarifies the situation a bit.

We are sorry to hear that you have got a faulty product. I´m not sure what you mean by that return policy. You can send the faulty product back to us and we will send you a new one or we make a credit note and you will get the money back.

Wrong Wi-Fi board Type!!!

I ordered a card with an E key, you sent it with an A/E key, it doesn't fit my laptop! I disappointed!

Do not buy anything from ProShop

Do not buy anything from ProShop. The Finnish ProShip is just a drop shipping company and products come from Denmark. This means a long delivery time and no physical store to help you. If you really want to have reliabile company just use anything else (Verkkokauppa, Gigantti, Power, Jimms etc). If you have any problems you are screwed. They also charge for return (not like Verkkokauppa, Gigantti, Power, Jimms etc and all the other stores). I will never buy anything from ProShop again (this year I have bought about 2000€ of components from them). Cheaper price from ProShop - no way ever! It's not worth it! You can screw your custemers once and they will remember it forever & spread the word for bad experience. I rather pay more for proper exprerience - this was not it.
