Incompetent and untrustworthy.
Ordered a HDD because they were the cheapest option, but never received the product. Even after multiple inquiries and assurances from their side that the shipment would be on it's way this wasn't the case.

could not give less than one star, never shipped the good and always makes excuses, why delivery will be postponed.
I ordered end of January a HDD and only received lies about the delivery.

I ordered an electronic device for my Ps4 through Check24, and it was delivered relatively quickly (Took few days, but hey, we are in Corona times!)
The package was original, the device is working very well, and I saved at least 30% of the price of the device on other platforms.
Recommended.

Placed an order many weeks ago. The item never came, they kept promising delivery but nothing happened. Asked for my money back two weeks ago, still waiting for it.
NEVER ever pre-pay to them.

Ordered hardware, prepaid. Wiating for over a month now for the item, company says that the shipment was supposed to take place last week, still nothing. Waste of time, money and nerves.Assigned a lawyer with this case.

I had given 0 stars if possible. Also after several times consulting the shop and getting response like "it was shipped", "I took care of your order and now it is shipped",... the order never arrived. I asked for a tracking number with each e-mail, I never got.
When I cancelled the order the shop owner told me "strange thing, that it couldn't be delivered three times". Who believes it?
Since I ordered against prepayment, I had to introduce a lawyer and am still waiting for my money.
My suggestion: NEVER BUY AT THIS SHOP! They are not reliable!
