Avoid Senetic – terrible service and communication
I ordered an item from Senetic and paid extra for express courier delivery (€25.59 + VAT, compared to €8 for regular delivery). The promised delivery date was 30/12, and I chose express delivery because I urgently needed the item.
On 30/12, I took a day off to be at home for the delivery, but it never arrived. I tried contacting Senetic and UPS, but there was no response. The same thing happened on 31/12—still no delivery and no communication from either company. Frustrated and out of options, I had to purchase the item locally in the store, spending €100 (much cheaper that from Senetic) because it was essential.
On 3/01, the courier finally arrived late in the afternoon with the item. When I asked why it wasn’t delivered on time, he rudely shouted at me, insisting it was “on time.” The interaction was unpleasant and intimidating.
I reluctantly accepted the delivery, and now I have two of the same item, which I don’t need. Senetic has yet to respond to any of my emails or acknowledge the situation.
I typically don’t write online reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I lost nearly €180 because of their poor service and lack of communication. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Senetic.
